Very nice place to stay. Helpful staff and the pool was nice! Peaceful place to stay. Good value for money.

Отличный отель. Удобное расположение, множество ресторанов и отелей в пешей доступности, пляж в двух минутах. Комната просторная и светлая, есть балкон. Ванная комната очень просторная. Ресторан в отеле приятный. Сервис на высшем уровне, всегда оперативно решают все вопросы. Однозначно рекомендую

We stayed here for just one night (16th Sept' 2022 check in and 17th check out in their deluxe room as transit passengers to catch flight to Hyderabad. Though the entrance is not so good and neighborhood did not either give a very comfy feelings, rooms were very spacious and furniture were very well maintained. Except for the dampy smell in the bedroom, stay was good experience. Property was managed by Mr. Vergheese, who really taken very good care of us.

تجربتي لهذا الفندق كانت عن قصد التأكد من صحة هذه التقيمات العاليه فندق خمس نجوم و التقيمات كلها عاليه و بهذا السعر، كنت متواجداً في كوتشي ل١٢ ساعه فقط فقلت ساجربه من اجل ان اتحقق من هذا الكلام، المفاجاءه ان الفندق كان يستحق هذه التقيمات كان نظيفاً جداً و راقياً و لديهم مطعم مميز للافطار، كنت اود ان ابقى اكثر لكن ذهبت مباشرة الى مونار

Blooms cochin is a fine place to stay. Located hugh in the hills it is accessible to the main road. The room was good; spacious and well maintained. Staff is very helpful. Restaurant food was excellent. All in all a very pleasant stay

女友達との2泊で、こちらのホテルにお世話になりました。ロケーションが素晴らしく、どこへ行くにも徒歩で行けます。ビーチからも近いので、チャイニーズフィッシャーズネットや映え夕日などもすぐ近く。このホテルのお勧め理由はまずスタッフの素晴らしさです。良いサービスを提供しようと言う気持ちがどのスタッフからも感じられます。また値段の割に部屋の管理も素晴らしい。バスルームもとても清潔感があり、マットレスの硬さやシーツの気持ちよさどれをとっても期待以上でした。1つ難があるとすれば、曇りガラスの部屋が多いので、私自身含め閉塞感を感じる人がいると思います。いくつか透明のガラスの部屋もあり、変えてほしいと言ったらすぐに変えてくれました。また冷蔵庫が壊れていたのですが、それもすぐに変えてくれました。お値段以上とはまさにこのこと。もっと高いホテルもありますが、ここで十分だと思います！強くお勧めします。写真

It was clean and comfortable stay at Seven Heights Edappally during our Cochin visits. Room and House keeping: was clean. And additional asks were catered immediately. They have iron box table and iron box available on demand. Bathroom was neat and clean. Dental kit/ Laundry bags etc were available on demand. AC wasn’t working properly. Not cooling as per remote settings. Though temperature 20-21 felt like AC is hard corded to some 27-29. First front office mentioned something similar and engage them if it’s not working. But even after multiple calls, it wasn’t hopeful. lack of fan made it worse. One night it was okay and gave up. Restaurant: Not sure about in room dining. When I asked, they mentioned they had it before and since it’s less customers using the facility for dining. However they have ventured out the BF to some vendor and they do in the morning. Most of the guests are either getting delivery or eat out lunch/dinner and as mentioned above it’s not available. So be prepared. Luckily we had ours packed from Salkara on the way from airport. Amrita Institute of Medical Science is very close proximity about 350m 4mins walk. Lulu mall also easily accessible. Property appeared newly constructed and well maintained. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast Buffet: In the buffet board they mentioned 4 Indian items with curry combination, Bakery: Bread Jam/Butter Fresh juice, Egg items, Fresh juice, cut fruits, oats/cornflakes. I found 2/4 Indian spreads were missing than what was published menu. Upma wasn’t good. Appam curries were fine. Otherwise it was eggs were properly cooked, juice was fresh. Since it was made in small quantities and made on demand it was good. Overall good for one night stay experience.

One day stay , excellent property , very neat , service suite s airy and well lighted . Room service can be improved . Overall very friendly checkin and good restaurant

The property was rustic with beautiful rooms and breathtaking views. Located right next to the sea, it provided a beautiful experience. However the property was not maintained well and the service was not up to the price of the property. The breakfast spread was limited and disappointing.

the base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded. breakfast options were very limited. the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.
