The staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant on the first floor is excellent. Don’t miss their buffet lunch and dinner — both offer a fantastic variety and quality. Highly recommended!

Four points by Sheraton hotel is awesome, I like the hotel and enjoyed the break fast. Lovely stay. I recommend the hotel.

I have seen the property from outside..property is good. not so new but well maintained. location is good MG road near mall ,shops etc food is really good. I had complimentary break fast as well as dinner .. breakfast has too many items . if you take 1 item for taste , then you are done. I preferred only veg on friday. you have non veg items too...

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

The hotel looks very quaint with lots of heritage. It has a resort feel with gorgeous yellow coloured umbrellas and sunbed at the pool area. Good breakfast spread. What could be improved: the rooms and bed are quite old, an upgrade would be timely! In the toiler, u will need to shower in the bath tub not too friendly for elderly. But the staff are very friendly and food is good.
