Overall excellent. Food was too good. Rooms very clean with all facilities and the staff was very decent and supportive.

Nice room, good food and nice room service. Roof top restaurant has a large projector/screen. Stayed for one night with my son.

The rooms are small but adequate size. Thebes is comfortable. The food is very good. There is a swimming pool as well which was clean during our stay, but the pool is very small.

With all the amenities and superb cuisine nm provides, it felt for me more like a staycation, and not just a stay.

I was staying with my wife in NM Royale County for 12 days during my Kerala vacation. Only problem I found was there's no overhead shower facility, only a hand held shower head is there. I found very difficult to take a bath only with a hand held shower head.

Cleanliness was there staff was excellent but issues with ac were faced during the stay. Rather than that overall experience was good food also great. Hi. Where is my discount

The hotel charged exorbitantly for 2 meals(breakfast+dinner, . We thought it will be a good buffet spread. To our horror, the staff told me that i can only have dinner with in limits of rs 500. Any reasons, why? they should have mentioned this in their booking The staff is not generous enough to respond to my queries

Nice place to stay we enjoyed our two days stay Rooms are spacious and neat. Staff are courteous and well mannered. Food is tasty and hygenic though a little bit costly. Should improve the parking lot.
