We usually stay at Prime accommodations whenever we visit Egypt, but our usual property was fully booked, so we decided to try Prime Select Bavaria Town. We chose it because it offered a two-bedroom apartment and was conveniently located close to where we normally stay. Its location is also excellent, with easy access to the Ring Road, making it convenient for getting around Cairo. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment had a great layout, was clean and well-prepared when we arrived, and check-in was relatively smooth. It was tastefully furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We enjoyed our time there and would have happily extended our stay. Before leaving, we shared a few suggestions with management that we believe would make the experience even better. One recommendation was to check in with guests daily regarding housekeeping needs, rather than waiting for guests to request cleaning. We feel this small change would enhance the overall guest experience. These were minor suggestions rather than major issues, and we're hopeful they'll be taken on board. With those few tweaks, we think Prime Select Bavaria Town has the potential to become one of our favourite Prime properties, and we'd certainly consider staying there again on a future visit.

ห้องกับรูปบอกได้เลยว่าเหมือนกันหมด ห้องสะอาดมาก เพิ่งเข้าประตูได้กลิ่นหอม รู้สึกสบายมาก ห้องสองห้องนอนที่เราจองมีห้องน้ําสองห้อง นอกจากนี้ยังมีลานกว้างสุด ๆ ห้องครัวและห้องนั่งเล่นที่สวยงามมาก โดยเฉพาะพนักงานน่ารักมาก โดยเฉพาะ Bassel เราฝากของไว้ที่โรงแรมในวันที่เราเช็คเอาท์ และกลับมารับกระเป๋าตอนกลางคืน เขายังให้บริการทุกอย่างให้เรา น้ําดื่มในห้องน้ําก็ให้ ฉันชอบโรงแรมนี้มาก ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมอยู่ไกลจากตัวเมืองไปหน่อย แต่อยู่ห่างจากเสียงรบกวนและคนพลุกพล่านของเมืองเก่า ไม่มีปัญหากับซอฟต์แวร์แท็กซี่ คุณสามารถเข้าเมืองได้ตั้งแต่ต้น 200 ยูโร ขอแนะนําให้พักที่นี่

The location is at city center nearby to Egyptian Museum. Plenty of amenities within 10 minutes walk. The famed Koshary Abu Tarek is within 6 minutes walk. The rooms are well maintained. There is a staff at the reception 24/7. Guests of all ages and nationalities can be accomodated. Suggestion for improvement: 1. The towels to be issued upon check-in and not upon request. 2. The lift need to be upgraded as I was ever caught inside when there is a power trip. And often the lift did not operate because the lift door was not closed properly. Understand that the lift is not manage by your hostel. Please request for it from the building owner as it is not acceptable. 3. Consider centralized air condition system. Anyone can turn off the air conditioner affecting others.

The hotel is located in the city center. We only stayed one night in the hotel and the front desk free upgraded us to a deluxe room. Though the room was a bit dated, but it was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and had many choices.

What an absolutely wonderful experience I had staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The decoration deserves a special mention - it is elegant, tasteful, and full of character. You can really feel that a lot of attention has been given to every little detail, creating an atmosphere that is both stylish and incredibly comfortable. The residence is located in Zamalek, one of the most beautiful and charming areas of Cairo, and the location honestly could not have been better. The neighborhood has a very special atmosphere: it feels safe, comfortable, lively, and relaxing at the same time. The streets are always animated, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and beautiful corners to discover. There is something interesting everywhere you look, and it truly feels as though every street and every corner has its own story to tell. I had the pleasure of staying here for five nights, and I can confidently say that it became one of the highlights of my entire trip to Cairo. One of my favorite things about the apartment was the beautiful view of the Nile from the terrace. Sitting there and enjoying the view was such a memorable experience, especially after spending the day exploring the city. It gives the apartment a peaceful and almost magical atmosphere that is difficult to describe until you experience it yourself. The location is also extremely convenient. Almost everything you could possibly need is just a minute or a few minutes away, whether you are looking for restaurants, cafés, shops, transportation, or simply a nice place to walk around and enjoy the neighborhood. Staying here made exploring Cairo much easier and more enjoyable. However, what made this experience truly exceptional was not only the apartment or the location, but also the amazing people working at the residence. I have rarely experienced such genuine hospitality. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful. They genuinely pay attention to the smallest details and do everything they can to make sure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant. A special mention goes to Mazen, whose name I remember, but I would also like to thank the entire team because every single person I interacted with was wonderful. They were always available whenever I needed something, always greeted me with kindness, and sometimes went far beyond what I would normally expect. Their warmth and willingness to help made me feel genuinely welcome rather than simply being another guest. Overall, my five nights here were an unforgettable experience. Between the beautiful and spotless apartment, the tasteful decoration, the incredible Nile view, the perfect location in Zamalek, and most importantly, the outstanding hospitality of the entire team, I honestly could not have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this residence to anyone visiting Cairo and looking for a place that combines comfort, elegance, an excellent location, beautiful views, and exceptional hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Cairo so special and memorable. I arrived as a guest, but I left with wonderful memories that I will carry with me for a very long time.

เนื่องจากครอบครัวที่มีสมาชิก 5 คน เราจึงอัปเกรดเป็นห้อง Ambassador Suite และเป็นห้องที่ยอดเยี่ยม มี 6 เตียง ห้องครัว 2 ห้องน้ำ และห้องนั่งเล่นขนาดใหญ่มาก คุณจ่ายแพงกว่าเล็กน้อย แต่หากมามากกว่า 5 คน โดยปกติคุณจะต้องจองห้องพักสองห้อง ดังนั้นจึงเป็นการประนีประนอมที่ดี โรงแรมเก่าไปหน่อย ร้านอาหารหลักก็โอเค แต่ไม่มีอะไรพิเศษ และมันก็น่าผิดหวังที่สระว่ายน้ำปิดตอน 17.00 น. (ไม่ค่อยมีโอกาสว่ายน้ำถ้าเช็คอินเวลา 15.00 น.) ที่กล่าวว่ามันเป็นการเข้าพักที่สนุกสนานและฉันอยากจะแนะนำโรงแรมนี้ จริงๆ แล้วการได้อยู่ห่างจากฝูงชนเป็นระยะทางสั้นๆ ก็ค่อนข้างดีทีเดียว

تجربة لا أعتقد أنها قد تتكرر وصلت الغرفة ولم أجد بها مستلزمات الحمام لا فوط ولا فرشاة اسنان ولا مستلزمات الشاور ولا شبشب حمام واضررت ان اطلبها لم أجد مكواة لكوي الملابس في الخزانة وقد نزلت في عديد من الاوتيلات وكان هذا اول اوتيل اسكن فيه ولا اجد مكواة في الغرفة وعندما طلبت المكواة افادوني بأن الكوي يكون في قسم اللندري واخذو ملابسي للكوي وليس للغسيل وفوجئت بعدها بأنهم يطالبوني ب ثمن الكوي ولم يوضح لي أحد اطلاقا ان الكوي ب exstra fees بوفيه الافطار محدود جداااااااااا لكن الاصناف لذيذة

i stayed here twice. the first stay was decent, the room was much better than other hotel in Cairo, so i decided to book again. but the second time was really disappointing, the management could do much better. they started maintenance with extremely loud drilling at 8 AM, which woke me up in a very bad mood. then the housekeeping tried to enter my room suddenly after just a quick knock, without giving me any chance to answer the door. luckily, i had locked it, and i had to shout for him to leave. overall, a very bad experience, need much improvement.

Location of hotel is not suitable for business person. And also worst service by hotel staff,
