Second time back to the hotel. This time the service was much better than my last stay. Comfortable room and love the turn down service. Highly recommended for the comfort of the hotel compared to other 5 stars hotels in Cairo that are not on par.

The hotel is accessible via a covered bridge from Terminal 3, and a free shuttle bus runs between Terminals 2 and 3. The hotel also provides complimentary airport drop-off; since we departed from Terminal 2, this service was convenient. However, we had to wait around 30 minutes to check in at midnight.

My stay at Renaissance Cairo Mirage City was nothing short of amazing. I always, always felt well taken care of by the staff here, and, in particular, I must highlight the staff at the breakfast buffet as I always found them to be so genuinely kind and considerate. The rooms were also quite spacious and the architecture of the hotel reminded me of Paris which I loved. In addition, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle for airport pick-ups and drop-offs, which is incredibly helpful as I don't think Cairo Airport is the easiest for tourists to get out of with all the people haggling you for a ride.

ฉันจองห้องพักไว้หลายชั่วโมงเพื่อนอนก่อนเที่ยวบินถัดไป เนื่องจากงานปาร์ตี้ข้างนอกและเสียงเพลงดัง ฉันจึงนอนไม่หลับ นี่มันแย่มาก โดยรวมแล้วโรงแรมดีมาก ฉันชอบบริการรถรับส่ง และอาหารเย็นในร้านอาหารอิตาเลียน

เราพักที่นี่สองคืน  สองการจองแยกต่างหาก  เราขอเข้าร่วมเตียงในวันแรกของการเช็คอิน แต่พวกเขาไม่ได้ทําในวันแรกและในวันที่สอง พวกเขามาจัดการเวลา 20:30 น ในคืนที่สอง ทีวีไม่ทํางานในคืนแรกและพวกเขาบอกฉันว่าพวกเขาจะขอให้แผนกไอทีแก้ไขในวันที่สองแต่มันไม่ได้เกิดขึ้น เมื่อเราออกเดินทางในวันถัดไป เราบอกแผนกต้อนรับให้จัดการทุกอย่างในขณะที่เราจากไป ฉันเดาว่าพวกเขาลืมไปโดยสิ้นเชิง

The hotel facilitators are very basic, standard swimming pool, spa and others, room is well maintained but there areas that not very clean, like the shower room. Worth mentioning, the Lebanese restaurant was great, worth trying.

First room smelled like cigarettes despite picking no smoking. Second room was an upgrade but it was actually the upgrade I originally paid for. My first room was a downgrade.
