KKanwal GCall the hotel when you reach airport. Hotel connects with terminal 3 only. From terminal 2, we had to go outside, a little ramp down and then the guard let us enter at terminal 3 entrance, elevator to the 2nd floor which connects to the hotel. Free Shuttle service available that runs every 30 minutes 24/7 from the hotel.

MMohammad AlshattiLet’s start from the front desk. The staff are very friendly and very helpful especially Mr. Ahmad and Nadeem they were so nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great.
Housekeeping supervisor Mr. Mohammad was very understandable of the guests’ needs, and the young guy at the housekeeping NoorEdeen was professional.
Overall the hotel and the staff offered amazing hospitality, service and a great stay.

ผผู้เข้าพักเนื่องจากครอบครัวที่มีสมาชิก 5 คน เราจึงอัปเกรดเป็นห้อง Ambassador Suite และเป็นห้องที่ยอดเยี่ยม มี 6 เตียง ห้องครัว 2 ห้องน้ำ และห้องนั่งเล่นขนาดใหญ่มาก คุณจ่ายแพงกว่าเล็กน้อย แต่หากมามากกว่า 5 คน โดยปกติคุณจะต้องจองห้องพักสองห้อง ดังนั้นจึงเป็นการประนีประนอมที่ดี

ผผู้เข้าพักLovely smart hotel. Several restaurants. Massage and gym. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel nice sbd roomy. Rooms spacious. Would stay there again but if you want to be in the town centre with many shops you need to stay closer to city centre as this, was, about 30 minutes from airport. It didn't matter because everything is a short cheap taxi fare away. Also it's next to a military camp where you can see and hear the soldiers marching from your balcony. If the bugle noise bothers, you at 6am then maybe not for you. Also, but not related to the hotel you'll be woken up at 4am by the, wailing from the mosques but you can't really get away from that can you. The hotel I understand is, owned by the military and so you'll often see soldiers stay there. They weren't any trouble. In fact it made you feel safe.
