Stayed several times in this hotel as it is very convenient when transiting through Cairo. The hotel and rooms feel a kinda ‘tired’, the rooms are clean but feel aged. All hotel staff has always been nice.

Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail reflect very positively on the hotel. She is without doubt a wonderful asset to Kempinski. We arrived on the 31st, and the room immediately had a comforting and welcoming feel, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Stayed here for a short trip with friends, hotel is beautiful but not near shops or city center. Inside is absolutely lovely.

โรงแรมคิดค่าเข้า 35 ปอนด์ (ประมาณ 5 หยวน) ต่อครั้ง! สำหรับรถแท็กซี่ที่เข้าออก (โรงแรมอยู่ในสนามบินไคโร ส่วนใหญ่ก็ต้องใช้แท็กซี่) ถ้าไม่อยากจ่ายเงิน ต้องเดินออกจากประตูโรงแรมเอง (ประมาณร้อยกว่าเมตรจากล็อบบี้) สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเก่ามาก (แรงดันน้ำฝักบัวเบามาก) แต่สภาพแวดล้อมโดยรวมและการบริการก็ยังดีมาก ขึ้นอยู่กับแต่ละบุคคลว่าจะรังเกียจหรือไม่ ข้อดีเพียงอย่างเดียวคือตั้งอยู่ในสนามบินไคโร ใกล้กับอาคารผู้โดยสารมาก และโรงแรมมีบริการรถรับส่งสนามบินฟรี (ซึ่งหาได้ยากในอียิปต์)
