ผผู้เข้าพักStaying at Jiuhuli·Siheyuan Guesthouse (Ancient City Drum Tower Branch) 玖合里·四合院民宿（大同古城华严寺店） was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The location is absolutely unique — being inside the ancient city walls of Datong and staying in a traditional Chinese courtyard house made the entire experience feel authentic and unforgettable. It is much more than just a hotel; it is a cultural experience.
The decoration and design are impeccable: elegant, refined, and beautifully done with incredible attention to detail. The rooms are extremely comfortable, with high-quality products, premium facilities, and a very peaceful atmosphere that made us feel at home immediately.
What made our stay even more exceptional was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond in every possible way. They helped us arrange an excellent private driver at a very reasonable price, which allowed us to enjoy a perfectly smooth and efficient day visiting three major attractions outside the city: the Hanging Temple, the Yungang Grottoes, and the Yingxian Wooden Pagoda. Everything was organized flawlessly, making the trip completely stress-free and enjoyable.
Overall, the service was simply amazing from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Datong who wants not only comfort and beauty, but also a genuine and memorable local experience.
入住玖合里·四合院民宿（大同古城华严寺店）是我们这次旅行中最难忘的体验之一。民宿位于大同古城城墙内，住在传统四合院里，让人真正感受到浓厚的历史文化氛围。这不仅仅是一家酒店，更是一种非常地道、特别的文化体验。
整个民宿的装修与设计都无可挑剔，审美非常高级，细节精致优雅，处处体现用心。房间非常舒适，配备的用品和设施品质都很高，环境安静温馨，让人一入住就有宾至如归的感觉。
最值得特别称赞的是这里卓越而贴心的服务。工作人员非常热情专业，真正做到了超出期待。他们还帮我们安排了一位性价比非常高的司机，让我们能够非常顺利、轻松地在一天之内游览大同周边三大景点：悬空寺、云冈石窟和应县木塔。整个行程安排得非常顺畅，让我们完全没有压力，玩得特别开心。
总体来说，这里的服务真的令人惊艳。从住宿环境到服务体验，一切都非常完美。强烈推荐给所有来大同旅行、希望体验传统文化与高品质住宿的游客！

ผผู้เข้าพัก一次完美的住宿體驗。這是一家有着滿滿人情味兒的民宿，從預訂後加微信的管家，到餐廳做飯的阿姨，到每一位工作人員，都透出濃濃的人情味兒！這家民宿很新，但是一點點裝修的味道都沒有，親子房一張大雙人床➕一張小雙人床，三口之家住起來很舒服，每天出去玩兒回來都非常累，能躺在寬敞的大床上舒舒服服的睡一覺特別解乏。每天早餐都特別豐富，而且很有本地特色，早上吃的飽飽的，在外邊玩兒到中午，一時沒有合適吃飯的餐廳，也沒覺得餓！尤其要感謝的廚房兩位阿姨，非常熱情周到，做的飯菜特別合我們一家人的胃口！管家小程是一位漂亮可愛的女孩子，主動到地庫來接我們，幫我們提行李，辦理入住，晚上送來熱乎乎的晚安湯，還給我們推薦了幾家很好吃的餐廳。還有小黨（我沒對上號是哪一位工作人員抱歉）每天都會發來天氣預報，提醒增減衣物。還有一位男工作人員，給我們介紹本地好吃的東西，風土人情等，還在我們開車離開時一直送到地庫（期間還有一位女工作人員，也謝謝你啦），真的讓我們覺得很温暖，那種家人般的温暖！這次大同之旅出發的很匆忙，卻非常難忘又開心，離不開這家民宿所有工作人員的付出和努力，有機會再和朋友家人們來大同，我們還會選擇這裏！祝你們生意越來越好！

The rooms are gorgeous, spotless, and super comfortable, with great attention to detail — everything I could possibly need (and more!) was provided. The bathroom even had a Dyson hair dryer, a Kohler heated automatic toilet, and a Hansgrohe faucet! If you’re not familiar with these brands, just know they’re the best you can get. The location is convenient for reaching downtown Datong and various points of interest… but honestly, these technical aspects — which alone would already deserve a 10-star rating — pale in comparison to the warmth and kindness we received from the B&B owners.
My friends and I truly felt at home, pampered by Ben, the guy who runs the place with such care and attention to his guests that I’ve never experienced anywhere else (not even in 5-star hotels!). He and his sister picked us up at the station — both speak excellent English (which is not something you can take for granted in China) — and they recommended amazing local restaurants, must-see attractions, and even welcomed us with a lovely gift package of local specialties.
For breakfast, Ben’s mother prepared a rich and delicious traditional meal, and for our train trip she even packed homemade bread for us to take along!
Datong is a charming city, and if you visit, you absolutely have to stay here!!!

ผผู้เข้าพักWe took a 23-day trip through China, staying in 9 different hotels. Without hesitation, I can say that our stay at Floral stood out in many ways. First, the hotel's structure is very beautiful and has been renovated while staying true to the traditional style of the region. The hotel room itself was probably the most beautiful we had seen on our entire trip: spacious, with windows that actually opened, good air conditioning, and modern decor and furniture without being over the top. Second, the hotel's location is within the boundaries of the city wall and is part of the old town, so beautiful to walk around and see the traditional houses - many of them renovated according to the traditional style. And third and most importantly, the kindness of the people who work at the hotel. I have never felt so welcome anywhere on holiday as at this place. Unfortunately, I arrived with health problems and needed antibiotics - equivalents of the ones I had brought from Europe. I asked the reception where I could find the closest pharmacy, but rather than guiding me there, Xiao Liu, the lady at the reception, figured out for me which antibiotic would be the right one and got it for me. The same when we needed a suitcase, rather than sending me to the shop she inquired about our desired suitcase and in one hour it was there. Drinks are complementary at any time of the day, and the breakfast (Chinese and international - sandwiches) was generous and unlimited. When we were running late coming back from the grottoes and needed to catch a train, Xiao Liu helped us out by bringing us all our suitcases directly to the train station. We will never forget all these acts of kindness and we are still grateful to her and the entire hotel staff for making us feel so much at home. Datong will stay in our minds and hearts forever thanks to the people of the Floral hotel. Datong is special enough for all the incredible cultural sights you can visit - but our stay there will never be forgotten thanks to the beauty of the Floral Hotel and its amazing people. KKatrin SauthoffMy husband and I are a couple from Germany. We booked two nights there, and our decision was absolutely the right one. From the initial contact (via the WeChat app, which is essential for your entire trip to China) to our departure, everything was perfect. We were picked up from the train station by car and taken to the hotel free of charge. This is especially good for Western tourists who don't speak Chinese. The first problem would have been explaining to the taxi where we wanted to go. The lobby and rooms are very beautiful, stylish, and equipped with the highest technology. Most of the guest rooms face the inner courtyard, so you can sleep very quietly and comfortably. The beds are very large and comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent. It's located on the northern edge of the Ancient City of Datong, just a few minutes' walk from the tourist attractions and the colorful and lively old town. So you can enjoy it without being disturbed by noise. I would especially like to emphasize the friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately, we don't speak Chinese, and the staff didn't speak English, but with the help of modern communication tools (language apps), we understood each other perfectly. Every request was fulfilled. There's even the option to use a washing machine in the basement of the hotel. This is especially fantastic for tourists on longer trips to China, as it allows for easy laundry. If you ever come back to China, we will definitely book this hotel again.

Our kids were thrilled, and we were able to relax knowing they were happily playing nearby. The setup was perfect for our family, allowing us to rest while still keeping an eye on the little ones.
Liu, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us, even arranging a smooth transfer to the train station when we checked out.
The hotel itself was excellent: modern, clean, and very comfortable. Its central location made it easy for us to explore the city without hassle. We highly recommend this place for families looking for convenience, comfort, and outstanding hospitality!
