The BoHo Hotel is simply outstanding – 5 stars are not enough! Perfect location, stylish design, spotless clean rooms, and a wonderful little spa that was even great for our toddler. The whole hotel has a calm, elegant atmosphere that makes you instantly relax after exploring busy Prague. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed and extremely comfortable – we slept wonderfully. The staff was also incredibly kind and welcoming towards our little one, which made our stay even more special as a family. What truly makes it exceptional is the team: Dominik Hendrych (Front Office Manager) made us feel so well cared for, Sergej welcomed us warmly and guided us through the hotel, and Igor at the bar was attentive, reliable, and always so kind. Breakfast and dining were excellent – fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. We felt at home from the very first moment and can only recommend BoHo as the perfect place for an unforgettable stay in Prague. We’ll definitely be back!

Very handy connection wise (train station, bus station and not bad to the airport either). Rooms are lovely, quiet (even though close to a main road), cosy. Crazy number of mirrors in a bathroom for someone who loves themselves a lot 😊. Room service worked like some magic. The only thing I didn’t enjoy and that made me stressed was the breakfast. It’s a big hotel, many guest. Our first morning was absolute chaos. Couldn’t find a single table to sit down at. Almost felt like fighting. The food was weirdly laid out, I felt like I had to walk a mile to gather all the bits and bobs for me and my child. I am gluten free and can’t have dairy. The gluten free food was plentiful and tasty and away from everything else. But coffee was in one place and for alternative milk I had to walk all the way back to the gluten free display. It took ages, wasn’t clear what’s where and some things difficult to find (I.e. margarine, cutlery). We had to make a tactic to handle the next breakfast and it went a bit better but still felt like hard work.

The hotel is very nice but the location is not so good. Even we drive still need to park quite far away. The staff is not very helpful, or maybe i should say she is not considerate at all. We booked the spa, but we didn't have our dinner yet while we were checking in, we mentioned many times to her that we are in the hurry for dinner, i believe if we don't eat before the spa, everything will closed afterwards, but she was just writing the check-in form super slowly.(I think she used half an hour just to fill up the form) In the end, we only left half an hour, run to the restaurant and pour all the food inside our mouth & run back. But in the end we found the beer spa come with some bread, also the mini bar has some sandwiches, then why don't she tell us since we asked her so many times for the food! Because the hotel is located in a very quiet place , nothing much around, there is no restaurant inside the hotel too, but we asked her if there is any food the hotel can provide and she said no!

พนักงานเป็นกันเองมาก แม้ว่าภาษาอังกฤษของฉันจะไม่ดีนัก แต่ฉันก็ได้รับข้อความยาวๆ ที่ได้รับการแปลจากนักแปล และมีเครื่องดื่มต้อนรับให้ฉันด้วย ผมจองเพราะวิวสวย แต่ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างน่าผิดหวังนิดหน่อยเพราะเดินเข้าตัวเมืองเกิน 10 นาทีแต่ก็โอเคเพราะเงียบสงบ สภาพห้องพักดีและฉันอยากจะพักที่นั่นอีกครั้งถ้าฉันมาปรากอีกครั้ง

Overall, very convenient and comfortable hotel to stay for short time. Breakfast is great, good amenities if you want to use the gym and laundry. The only thing we noticed that housekeeping only gave fresh towels and emptied bins. It did not look like they cleaned or made the beds. Not sure if you have to request this at reception as there was no sign to put on door to make up the room either. On the other hand the staff were super friendly and helpful. They gave us early check in and late checkout, which allowed us to freshen up before travels. For short time stay, this is a good choice.
