ผผู้เข้าพักThe most satisfying part of this hotel overall was the room — it was clean and hygienic, the room size was spacious, and the hardware facilities were of good quality. However, there is one issue that I feel I must point out, and that is the racial discrimination against people of Asian descent.
On the morning of July 4th, when my girlfriend and I arrived at the restaurant for breakfast, a female staff member wearing glasses specifically stopped us to ask for our room number. However, non-Asian guests who were entering the restaurant at the same time were not checked at all and were allowed to enter directly. There were clearly more than a dozen people entering alongside us — why were we the only ones singled out? Was it to suggest that Asians can’t afford breakfast? Or that we don’t deserve to dine in your restaurant?
The second incident happened on the same day and also, coincidentally, involved the same female staff member with glasses. Around 1:30 p.m., I felt thirsty and went to the restaurant to ask if there was any free water. The staff inside told me I could get it from the bar in front. When I walked over, I realized the person at the bar was the same female employee from the morning. I politely asked her, “Excuse me, may I have a glass of free water?” Upon hearing my question, her expression suddenly changed, and she coldly replied with just one word: “No,” then turned away and continued with her work. I didn’t respond — I just stood there in shock, wondering why I was being treated this way. While I was still questioning if I had done something wrong, she noticed I was still standing there and added, “We don’t have free water here. If you want, you can go drink from the restroom — there’s free water there.”
I firmly believe this behavior constitutes clear racial discrimination — unfair treatment based solely on our Asian appearance — and it has seriously affected our travel experience and emotional well-being. I urge the hotel management to take this issue seriously, conduct an internal investigation into the staff involved, and issue a formal apology for the inappropriate conduct.
To protect my rights and raise awareness, I will be taking the following steps:
1. Report to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce): This is the official Czech body responsible for consumer rights and monitoring improper business conduct.
2. Notify CzechTourism (Czech National Tourism Board): As a visitor to the Czech Republic, I believe I deserve to be treated with fairness and dignity. I will inform the national tourism authority of the discrimination I encountered during my stay.
3. File a complaint with the Czech Public Defender of Rights (Ombudsman): This institution is responsible for protecting human rights and addressing cases of discrimination. I will be submitting a full report of the incident to their office.
4. I will post a detailed account of the discrimination I experienced on Google Reviews, TripAdvisor, ***********, and other platforms so that other Asian travelers can be aware and stay vigilant.
Respect should be mutual. Traveling should be a joyful and safe experience, not one where people are singled out and mistreated because of how they look. If your staff cannot uphold the basic standard of equal treatment, your establishment is not fit to welcome international guests.

アメニティやタオル、ドライヤーもあります。
ミニ冷蔵庫やクローゼットもありました。
コの字型の建物で、バルコニーから中庭を眺めることができます。ホテルの雰囲気は良いです。
受付スタッフの方々は、とても優しく簡単な英語で話す親切さがありました。チェコの人の気質なのか、サッパリしていて話しやすく、居心地が良かったです。トラブルでメールした際も分かりやすいメール返信をくれました。ありがとうございました。
ただ他の口コミにあるようにほこりっぽさはあります。カーペットですし、スタッフの方々がきちんと掃除してくれてるのは分かるので、仕方ない側面はあるのかも？
トイレとお風呂は清潔でした。
フロントでタクシーを呼ぶサービスもあります。
路地を出たところにトラム乗り場もあり、便利です。
自分はサルサダンスが好きで、お店のあるトラムの隣駅のandel駅をよく使いました。この駅はメトロがあり、モールやKFCなどファーストフード店もあり、夜中ホテルまで歩いても移動できました。覚えてないけど20分程かと。ホテル前の路地は暗いですが、治安の良い所に感じました。

ผผู้เข้าพักIt was a nice stay there. Good location, pretty much everywhere is in walking distance. Good service. Clean. One thing that was a little bit problem was that the hot water stopped in the second night during the second shower. The hot water came back in the next morning. Forgot to ask why before we left.

ผผู้เข้าพักWhen I made the booking, I had entered 3 adults and 1 child, but at check-in, they only had 3 adults in the system. That was a bit disappointing. When I showed my Trip.com booking confirmation, the hotel staff said it might have been a technical issue.
Luckily, I was able to check in my son without any extra charge, but the room was only prepared for 3 adults. So my kids ended up sharing the couch. I went to the reception and kindly asked for an extra pillow and blanket, which they provided.
That’s why I can’t give 5 stars.
Parking was €35 for 24 hours, and breakfast was €20 – which I found quite expensive.
But overall, the stay was okay – the hotel was very clean and in a central location.

Llalavely프라하중앙역에서 올때 갈때 이용하므로 도보로 갈수 있는 곳을 찾았어요~ 혼자 여행자라 가격도 비싸지 않는 곳을 찾다가 여기 픽했는데 결론은 만족합니다~ 아리스턴&이유를 체크인때 알았는데 저는 건너편P건물로 배정받았고 뭔가 한국에서 없는 유럽식 건물느낌 들어서 좋았어요ㅎ 발코니같은 문으로 들어가서 큰방도 좋았고 침구도 살균한듯 깨끗했고~ 화장실은 분리되어 있고 욕실 분리도 좋았는데 욕조까지!!!! 굿!!!! 아쉬운점은 형광등이 아닌 조명이라는 것과 에어컨이 없고 선풍기는 있어요~ 근데 저는 더위 안타서 선풍기로 충분 했지만 38도 이런 더위에는 힘들 수도 있다고 생각했어요~ 조식은 스크램블 파운드케이크 토마토 소세지!!!! 등등 이질감 없이 너무 맛있음❤️직원분들도 다 친절하게 응대해주시고 최고의 서비스였습니다 밤11시넘어서 시내갔다가 와도 길거리 안전했구요~ 근처 큰마트도 있어요 즐겁게 푹 쉬다 갑니다 감사해요~ 단점은 콘센트가 불편했어요ㅠㅠ개선할 부분이라 생각합니다
