This hotel is very good the service is great plus u can make your coffee and drinks nearly all day plus you can pick up some little snacks the food in this hotel is really nice the rooms are very nice some small some bigger but when you need something you can always ask the reception or Marketa who is really great person to talk to or ask her for help the bar is open 24/7 plus nearly everyday you got there DJ playing music and the sky bar and restaurant is open all year round really nice and you are in the middle of everything exactly in the centre i be staying there for 3 times and they never let me down i will definitely recommend this hotel plus next to the hotel every year u can try to ice skating my son love it because is next door 😊❤️

Perfect location, walking distance to many sites of attraction. Breakfast was included and good quality. Room is clean and nicely organized. Corridor and hall way look a bit old and unclean.

Well, at first, the location is the best,near to every attraction in the Prague. Breakfast is amazing.rooms are clean and big enough. the most important things is the staff. they are truly kind as well as helpful. especially the lady at the reception,she was so well behaved and kind to guests 🙏🙏.

The hotel was listed as No. 20 luxury hotel in Prague on Trip.com, but my experience felt misleading. Even though complimentary water was included, it was not provided for two days despite asking. The air cooler/heater was also not working properly. We were given a loft-floor room, which did not feel like the room category or quality we had paid for. Overall, the stay did not match the luxury standard advertised.

Very good location. Good staffs But Room is very small and not quite area .breakfast is not very fresh .

I stayed at Pytloun Boutique Hotel Prague for 6 days and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent — it is only about a 5-minute walk to the metro station and is perfectly located between the New Town and the Old Town, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around. The room was very clean. Although it was a little small, the facilities were complete and well-equipped. The reception staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was also rich with a good variety of choices. The only minor downside is that, as the hotel is in an older building, there is only one elevator, which is also used for service purposes, so sometimes the waiting time can be quite long. Overall, I had a very good stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room itself wasn’t that great, it was clean at least but not as fancy as we expected from the pictures. Therefore it wasn’t worth the price we paid for. However, location wise it was perfect. Everything was within walking distance and staff were kind.

There was one big problem at the hotel, it was almost always smelling food (frying fish or anything else) even in the rooms. If you are planning to stay at this hotel, never take the rooms above kitchen, take rooms at higher floors. Ours was 205, and cooking odors were filling into our room straight from the kitchen to our bathroom and then the room itself beginning from 05:00 AM. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and couldn't have rest, though beds were quite good. You will not feel comfortable sitting at the reception or at the bar as well, as there is that disgusting kitchen odors all around almost all the day. One more thing we did not like as well, the deposit of €100 upon check-in, though we made all the payment beforehand. We have checked out for two days already, and this €100 has not been refunded yet. The staff is very helpful and professional. Special thanks to beautiful Ms. Veronica 😊 Many city attractions are in a walking distance from the hotel, many good shops are around, so that you can do your shopping.

We booked three rooms for a group of six and stayed for three nights. Upon check-in, we immediately found that the rooms were significantly smaller than what we had booked. After having contacted front desk and Trip.com, rooms cannot be changed and we were only offered very minimal compensation without clear explanation for the discrepancy in room size. We felt very frustrated not to mention the time wasted seeking for remedies. The hotel’s central location is perfect for exploring main attractions but several aspects of our stay did not meet expectations. 1. Room Size & Cleanliness: The room was small and the overall cleanliness was below average. For instance, the hairdryer full of fingerprints and grease (no hygiene bag) is put right next to clean bath towels. 2. Privacy Concern: An uninvited housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking to promote a €25 hotel branded teddy bear, which is totally unacceptable and lack of respect for privacy. 3. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast had a wide selection but it was served in the bar area (where is the main entrance of the hotel to reach hotel front desk) and mezzanine floor with fairly limited seats. Food was laid over bartender’s countertop that created a chaotic and stressful environment especially during the breakfast peak hours. 4. Security Concern: As the hotel was modernised from a historic building, there are structural limitations e.g. the staff / housekeeping lift and dedicated lift to the rooftop bar share the same lift lobby for hotel rooms. The bar lift somehow also provides access to hotel room floors. This poses security concerns since non-hotel/bar guests could potentially access hotel rooms without any security checks. This hotel would suit travelers who prioritize location than any things else. Based on our experiences, it should not be classified as a five star as it claims for.
