飯店有完善的硬體設施， Spa,游泳池，羽球場..！ 還有酒吧！ 早餐豐富多元， 多線電車就在飯店門口， 出行非常方便！ 值得推薦！

酒店不錯，交通很方便電車和公交站就在大門口。早餐勉強能吃，工作人員打掃、辦理入住這些也是很麻利的。就是Wi-Fi實在太爛了，電腦還湊合但手機基本不能用。

Looked at a few hotels and initially booked one that was twice the price of this one. So glad I changed my location. Its a quick 10 minute tram ride into central Praha which is the best way to get around. Breakfast was a typical continental affair, hotdog style sausage was the only meat available, lots of cakes and breads, cereals, fruit, and salad. Not a massive choice but enough to get a filling start to the day. There is not a great deal of things to do or see around the location, so be prepared to hop on a tram to sight see, there is quite a large shopping complex about 10 minutes walk away. Room was fresh and clean and was very good value.

I just can´t believe what happened in this hotel…. First time ever… I have traveled in 50 countries during the past 20 years. I arrived 22nd May at 13:20 to hotel. The lobby was empty and the whole hotel seemed to be running on low capasity. I went to reception to make check in. No sayign welcome or anything, the receptionist announced me unpolitely that the check in starts at 14:00. I asked that is he serious - the hotel seemed to be empty and in all hotels before, I have had the room if it has been free. Absolutely no cooperation here. I got arrogant answer that the check in starts at 14:00. So - then I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes. There was two receptionists, who were more interested of chatting to eachothers than serving the customer. At 14:00:05 I approached them and asked if I could get the key now. I got it. Have to say that never ever I have whitnessed such an uncooperativeness and arrogance. The room was ready and empty - why the heck I was made to sit in the hot lobby. This was really horrible experience of customer service. Two other minuses were, that the air conditioning did not work in the whole hotel. Also, the hotel WiFI was useless, as the speed was 0,2Mb/sec. Never again to this hotel - I sincverily hope management will react to this feedback

This is the worst gym I have ever been to. Not really clean. Equipment not working properly and there is not much to choose from. Environment was not comfortable as well. I will never visit this gym again. Highly do not recommend. It is not worth the money at all.

DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL. COS IT IS THE WORST ONE IN THE WHOLE WORLD. If you were impressed by the photos of the hotel, then be careful before booking, because the photos you see on their website or on *********** they are clearly from the first day this hotel was opened (years and years ago). Very poor internet connection. Awful breakfast. unfriendly staff. Very small rooms. The worst bed I ever slept in my whole life. The mattress was sink and I during 5 nights stay at This Hotel everyday I asked them please change my mattress or bed, the answer was“we don’t have extra mattress or bed in Hotel“ i asked them ok but you can change my room at least, they said "all Hotel rooms are booked". But I saw with my eyes guests left their rooms in our floor and 2 days there were no new guests. If you wanna use swimming pool you have to pay for it and its like 10 euro for 1 and half hour. Funny part is jacuzzi is not part of swimming pool so you have to pay for gym and jacuzzi again to be able to use swimming pool with jacuzzi which cost you around 30 €. In breakfast there is no fruits at all but in Hotel photos there are nice photos of variations of breakfast. They don’t Turn toaster on when they don’t have enough guests regarding not to pay electricity. You can find nice hotels close to city center of Prague with the same price and don’t need to pay transportation everyday.

Well I've been in worse hotels but this one is definitely in my top 3. Let's start with the positives: 1. Tram line located directly outside for quick and easy access to center of Prague. 2. Asked hotel in advance if they would locate us on the ground floor as my mum is disabled and wouldn't be able to climb stairs very well. (Yes there are elevators but sometimes can be a long walk from elevators to rooms) Hotel located us on bottom floor which was great. 3. Rooms were adequately sized, good lighting and had a safe in the room which was great. And now the negatives. 1. The smell of cigarette smoke the second walked through the door actually disgusting...not a great start. 2. UNBELIEVABLY RUDE STAFF. I hope you can speak their language otherwise you aren't getting anything from them. Not even a welcoming smile. and you can clearly tell they are talking about you in a negative way to their colleague right in front of your face. Just so so unwelcoming and rude. 3. They gave us a bath tub that was so high, my mum couldn't even get in or out of bath, so I make sure you are clear enough when letting them know about disability. 4. Don't bother with the breakfast, not even bacon. No fresh fruits, warm milk. Who has fricking pasta for breakfast. Calls it premium, utterly tastless, could barely eat anything. 5. Don't come to this hotel for the free WiFi either, high-speed my ****. It cut out literally every 3 minutes and you can't get back on it. Just not even worth it. Can't wait for check out time. Wish me luck!

The hotel is in a great location, in heart of Zizkov, close by restaurants, bars , cafes. Easy to get to center. We had the wellness package- it was great deal. With free pass to pool, gym and spa world. We really enjoyed it. The hotel was clean, friendly staff. The only couple thing we find disappointing was- there was no flat-iron ( if u are on bussiness trip I find it kind of needed), no fridge and the parking has extramely narrow parking spots. I have SUV and I have couple dents from other ppl opening doors to my car :(. So even if u park exactly in the middle of your parking spot you might have trouble to open a door. But other then that it is very nice hotel :). Would come back again ( just with smaller car :) )
