As a person who travels quite frequently and has been to Santorini once before, this hotel is mind blowing! Maria has been a delight since we arrived by showing us around the property and giving suggestions of where to go all around the island! I brought my parents on this trip of a lifetime to celebrate their 49th wedding anniversary and my mother’s birthday (she requested that I leave her age out of this). Maria placed my parents in an extraordinary room with minimal stairs to access and offered to have breakfast brought directly to their room complimentary (usually a 20€ charge). She also placed us in the most amazing suite I could have ever imagined (pics attached, jaw dropped). Along with Maria, each and every staff have been exceptional and have provided top notch services including the servers at breakfast, bell hops, receptionists and every one in between. We will without a doubt be back to stay at the beautiful Pegasus of Santorini and 100/10 recommend!!

Wow what an absolutely gem. Where do I start? There’s so many positive things to say I don’t know where to start. My husband booked this hotel at the last minute a couple days before departure. The hotel organised our pick up from the airport which was a stunning brand new Mercedes luxury mini bus which had enough glitz and and glam to satisfy the Kardashian’s! Once arriving at the hotel, the reception staff made us feel very welcomed with lots of information about the hotel and local area. To our surprise the hotel run a free service to and from Fira which is an added bonus as we knew we were a 30 minute walk away. Then we were taken to our room by a lovely man who carried out super heavy luggage down the steps to our room. Wow, the view was amazing. The room was spacious clean and fresh with a lovely bed bigger than two doubles pushed together. The bathroom had a rainfall shower with a handset built into an alcove which maybe tricky if your over 5’7! But don’t let that put you off, the views from every angle of the hotel more than make up for it. Breakfast was included which was simple but to a high standard nothing pre packed all fresh. The waiters were fantastic full of energy and knowledgeable. We booked our first evening meal at the hotel and the quality was amazing everything was done to a high standard. The only disappointment was we simply didn’t book longer. If your thinking of booking please do you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to all the staff that made our holiday a fantastic relaxing break 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Exclusive Plan Suites. The staff were amazing and truly went out of their way to help us whenever we needed it, from check in, to advice on getting around, and everything in between. The caldera view from our room was breathtaking. The hot-tub was always a welcome sight after a long day of hill climbing and walking (take the hike to Oia if you get the chance!), and it was always warm. Breakfast was served every morning, and there was always more than enough to eat. Location-wise, this spot is pretty convenient. We were only about a 10-12 minute walk to the shops in Fira (with great views along the way), so we never felt like we were far from whatever we wanted to do, but Firostefani is much quieter than Fira so it was nice to get back to the room after a day out and have a relaxing evening looking out over the water and checking out the cruise ships. I'm not sure what is going on with the beds, but we woke up rested every day! Probably the best sleeps we've ever had on vacation.

This is a villa in a very nice location. We got 2 twin beds with a kitchen and an outdoor patio. We ate in the kitchen, but did not cook nor used the patio. There’s a pool outside, but the water is drained. It’s freezing cold, so I won’t relish taking a dip in the water. There is an air conditioner which doubles as a heater. The bed is comfortable enough. I chose this villa because of its proximity to the spectacular ocean views. It didn’t disappoint. It’s the dead of winter. Hence, most stores are closed. The nearest supermarket is around the corner of the Panagia church. There are charming blue domed churches nearby and one can view the sunset on a clear day. We had cloudy days, but we still enjoyed the breathtaking views. workers are busy painting the stores around the area. I can smell the paint vapors all around. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. I highly recommend it. The owner, Evgenios even called a taxi to take us to the airport. Now, that’s good service.

ผมเดินทางกับกลุ่มเพื่อนเราเดินทางบนบันไดที่ค่อนข้างต่ํา เราจองห้อง premier suite สําหรับ 4 คน เราไปถึงตอนกลางคืนและเช็คอินรวดเร็วและง่ายในตอนเช้าเมื่อเราออกไปที่ระเบียงเราก็ประหลาดใจอย่างน่าทึ่ง! วิวสวย น่าทึ่ง! ห้องพักโดยรวมสะดวกสบายมาก ถ้ําดั้งเดิม มีเตียงนอน 4 เตียง นอนสบาย และห้องน้ําสองห้อง ห้องพักสะอาดมาก! ทําเลของชุดที่ดีที่สุดในบริเวณนั้นได้! ติดกับโบสถ์หลังคาสีฟ้าดังๆ เราสนุกกับอ่างจากุซซี่ในพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง ทุกอย่างสมบูรณ์แบบและฉันแนะนําที่นี่จริงๆ!!
