It was a really good stay, I stayed 4 nights. They have a nice pool. everything was really calm but it may be cause the summer is technically over here in Puerto Rico.
The apartment was nice and it was clean in-off. People have done quite a number on the coffee machine but it worked well when I cleaned it. The plates were not wash properly so remember to wash your plates before using them. they had coin washing machines and dryer. I didn’t use them. they did have snack and drink bending machines.
The host Jonathan was really nice.
It had everything advertised in the amenities but the gym size is really small is definitely not the one in the pictures here, only had a treadmill which did not work. A bicycle which was in a uncomfortable spot to be able to use it. the had a stepper it worked great did not look old. and they also had weights and another machine related to weights.
I had issues contacting the hotel but I found the host jonathan number and he answered after a while. Be patient if u call any of the numbers cause they get lots of calls and they don’t have a lot of personal because is a airbnb. The number for the host jonathan is +1 (787) 624-7277. many people where able to get a hold of them through the main phone but it takes a while and sometimes they don’t answer specially if they are busy. They almost always have one person in reception for checking in and out. and one security person to watch people walk in and out of the hotel. is a very secure hotel.
They put shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish washing soap, dish washing sponge, and they provide towels, as well as hair a dryer, clothing iron and the table. the view from the apartment was really beautiful. the air conditioning was really good, shower and sink water had hot and cold settings. The stove worked like a charm.
I didn’t like the dining chairs cause it was obvious they have taken a beating and was about to break. The bed was king size and really comfortable. the tv had internet already set up. The locks on the door worked well, just don’t mess with the lock from the inside. the door closes by it self just fine. if u mess with it the door won’t close properly.
also because is an airbnb they do not have anyone cleaning on a daily basis the clean the apartment before you arrive and after you leave. You are responsible of washing the dishes. The building has more than one owner and each managing different rooms apartments. the receptionists where nice and kind, and they were doing their best considering the circumstances and how many people clme in and out in a daily basis. It was a good experience
