This was a great centrally located hotel . We had the king room with the terrace and it was wonderful . The front desk clerk was very friendly and took care of our every need . Overall a great stay .

A mixed bag.
Positives: Very large rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, location, kitchenette.
Negatives: A lot of outside noise late at night and early in the morning. Hot water luke warm. No restaurant, bar not open very often. safe broken. furniture getting a little shabby. A fairly average place except for the large rooms.

Nice boutique hotel in hear of old San Juan. The front desk staff are extremely helpful. The room are very clean and comfortable. Balcony views worth the extra cost.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. From the front desk to anyone we encountered during our stay, which was over Christmas holiday (plenty of reason to be bummed they were working)
Hotel is centrally located in OSJ, we found it easy to walk to all the great spots then pop back quickly to freshen up.
We'll be back

We had a wonderful stay at the Decanter Hotel. We felt so welcome from the minute we walked in the door. The staff was so friendly and helpful with recommendations. Centrally located and able to walk to everywhere we wanted to explore in old San Juan. The room was very clean, highly recommend a room with a balcony.
