"I arrived one hour before official check-in time, and I was denied an early check-in despite my consistent patronage and history of staying at Susung Hotel. I requested a one hour earlier check-in as I needed to attend some conference calls at my room. I fully understand that early check-in is subject to availability. However, as a regular guest who plans stays well in advance, I was surprised and frustrated that no effort appeared to be made to accommodate my request — especially considering I’ve had ear9ly check-ins approved in the past without issue. What made the situation more disappointing was the lack of flexibility or willingness to explore any alternatives. I was offered an early check-in but paying an early check-in fee of 20.000 KRW . It left me feeling that my loyalty and continued business were not valued. After my colleague complained to the reception manager, I was granted an earlier check-in, 30 minutes before the official check-in time. Experience left me quite disappointed and not sure if I might stay there again."
