The accommodation is very comfortable with complete facilities. Although we arrived before check-in time, the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage. During our stay, the hotel was under renovation. We had reserved breakfast, but it was not available, so the hotel refunded us and upgraded our room for one night. However, we had to move to a different room the next night due to ongoing renovations. The room conditions matched the pictures shown. The staff was lovely and, despite not speaking English, made great efforts to assist us. There are convenience stores and numerous restaurants around the hotel, making it very convenient for work. Transportation is easy, with a bus stop within walking distance. If there is an opportunity, we will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Local area was nice and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. Will stay again.  Thank you

The property is clean & feels new. Service staff was helpful. Location is about 10 minutes walk from Dongdaegu Station. To get to the lift, you need to manage some steps which was a bit inconvenient with large suitcases. Business travellers with cabin sized bags will not have an issue. The room was set to heating mode only so we had to sleep with the windows open as it was too warm. Recommend to have the room adjustable to fan mode for respective guest's preference as not everyone like to be in the warm mode.

I arrived one hour before official check-in time, and I was denied an early check-in despite my consistent patronage and history of staying at Susung Hotel. I requested a one hour earlier check-in as I needed to attend some conference calls at my room. I fully understand that early check-in is subject to availability. However, as a regular guest who plans stays well in advance, I was surprised and frustrated that no effort appeared to be made to accommodate my request — especially considering I’ve had ear9ly check-ins approved in the past without issue. What made the situation more disappointing was the lack of flexibility or willingness to explore any alternatives. I was offered an early check-in but paying an early check-in fee of 20.000 KRW . It left me feeling that my loyalty and continued business were not valued. After my colleague complained to the reception manager, I was granted an earlier check-in, 30 minutes before the official check-in time. Experience left me quite disappointed and not sure if I might stay there again.

The location of this apartment is excellent and incredibly convenient. It's right near the subway station, with countless cafes, restaurants, a mall, and attractions within easy walking distance. The room itself is comfortable and feels like home, equipped with useful appliances like a microwave, washing machine, and dryer. However, the major issue is security. We had an alarming incident where someone tried to lock our door from the outside while we were inside. This raises serious concerns about safety, especially for solo travelers. While we enjoyed the comfort of the space, this incident was very unsettling and needs to be addressed immediately.
