"The stay was decent considering the price, but I believe there are better options available in the same range. The rooms were noticeably small, especially if you are traveling with multiple bags or planning a longer stay. One thing that was disappointing was the lack of luggage assistance service, which would have been helpful during check-in and check-out.
On the positive side, the location is convenient, with plenty of markets, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it easy to find food and basic necessities. The pool area was good and well-maintained, but it was quite crowded because of the holiday season, so it was difficult to fully relax and enjoy the facilities.
Another downside was that basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided in the room. When we requested them, the staff informed us that they were available only at an extra charge, which was unexpected for a hotel stay. Overall, the experience was average not bad, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of service and room comfort."
"This hotel features a unique style with its sandy yellow architecture reminiscent of old Dubai, making it a very comfortable stay. The terrace rooms offer beautiful views of the hotel pool and beach, and from a distance, you can even see a mosque. April mornings are delightful for sunbathing on the beach. The seafood buffet for two at AED 390 is a great deal, though the taste is just average, and dining options nearby are limited, mostly consisting of hotels and upscale residences. It's a 15-minute drive to the mosque and 30 minutes to the Louvre Museum. After 11 AM, you can enjoy a small boat ride around the hotel, which can be a bit dull but adds to the activities available. The gym is separated by gender, which might be a slight inconvenience for couples. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel."
"The hotel is clean but it is like a condo or flat type of hotel…but it is nice anyway. The food is so yummy with a lot of choices. For the location, it is about 15-20 minutes walk from Al Wahda Mall & so, it’s a bit far. Better to ride a taxi if you have a luggage because it is very hot outside esp. during the mid day. It is near anyway, in all the tourist spots of the city. At night as well, you can hear the music from the bar and also the sound of cars passing by outside.
The staff were so friendly, helpful & accommodating. For the service, I find it excellent. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel."
"Generally it was fine, the rooms are pretty decent, the only thing that is disturbed us very much is door slamming on the same floor. No matter how you try not to slam the door it's still makes a lot of noise and for example at night I couldn't sleep and woke up few times very frustrated. Fortunately for us the manager give us an upgrade to a studio where the door slamming had been heard much less."
"The stay was truly enjoyable, and my entire family was fully satisfied. The reception staff and housekeeping team were very polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. I would especially like to appreciate the restaurant staff during breakfast—they were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, which made our mornings even more pleasant.
The ambiance and hospitality of the hotel were excellent, and we genuinely had a great time.
The only concern we faced was with the bathroom drainage system. While using the bathtub, water tended to accumulate on the floor due to improper drainage, which caused some inconvenience.
Apart from this minor issue, everything else was excellent. We had a lovely stay and would definitely consider visiting again."
