It was a wonderful experience! The hotel grounds, the service is impeccable. Very professional. The restaurants are well maintained, the staff is very attentive. We will definitely go back.

Really spacious room, lots of closet space, and huge bathroom. Amenities wise, it was really upsetting that the adult-only pool was too full so we got rejected and had to use the family pool. And next to the family pool, there was a really loud construction happening so it wasn't a relaxing time by the pool.

This was truly an unforgettable hotel experience. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the room facilities to the beautiful hotel environment. What impressed me the most was the warmth and hospitality of the staff, which made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. At the end of my visit, the front desk staff even gave me an adorable little lion as a gift, which was such a lovely surprise and made me very happy. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back again in the future.

I booked a package that explicitly advertised a room upgrade opportunity. When I noticed that no upgrade had been provided, I asked about it at the front desk. I was immediately told that upgrades were “subject to availability” and it is unavailable... After I pointed out that Abu Dhabi hotels are nowhere near full at the moment, she still said it is nearly full because it's weekend. Well lets check out the 'full occupancy' photos i attached.... :) Only after I firmly pushed back did she reluctantly offer an alternative, a garden-view room. Since I wasn't interested in a garden view, I requested what should have been my original category preference: an unblocked city view. The alternative she eventually offered was a higher-floor, but with a twin room with even more side-facing view. Having no better option, I accepted it and ended up spending my honeymoon in a twin-bed room. If the hotel is unwilling to provide upgrades, then it should stop promoting packages that create expectations in the first place. There were several other shortcomings on the part of the front desk and the guest relations, but I will leave them out of this review. What ultimately saved this stay and turned it into a memorable experience were Umar, who warmly introduced us to the room, and John from the Butler Department, whose kindness and genuine care left a lasting impression. These two gentlemen genuinely understand what true hospitality means and are among the brightest representatives of Emirates Palace. The hotel management should recognize and take good care of them, because they are the people who make guests want to return.

ลืมถ่ายรูปเลยค่ะ ทุกคนสามารถดูรูปที่คนอื่นรีวิวไว้ได้เลยนะคะ ของจริงตรงปกทุกอย่างเลยค่ะ โรงแรมอยู่ในเมือง ทำเลดีมาก ๆ เลยค่ะ ใกล้แหล่งของกินและแหล่งช้อปปิ้ง มีบริการ Valet Parking ฟรีด้วยนะคะ บริการก็ดีค่ะ แต่ห้องพักค่อนข้างเก่าแล้วนะคะ อาจจะเป็นเพราะโรงแรมมีอายุแล้วก็ได้ค่ะ อาหารเช้าใช้ได้เลยค่ะ มีรถบัสรับส่งไปสวนสนุกฟรีทุกวันเลยนะคะ แต่เราขับรถไปเองเลยไม่ได้ใช้บริการค่ะ ทัวร์มาพักเยอะมากค่ะ ถ้าเป็นทริปครอบครัวที่มีเด็ก ๆ แนะนำเลยค่ะ

We booked through the Trip website and were offered a great deal. The hotel did not meet my expectations, despite being one of the most expensive hotels on Yas Island, affiliated with Hilton, and located in the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi. Although the room design was beautiful and the hotel opened in 2018, we encountered several issues. First, the bathroom had multiple problems, as shown in the attached photos. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and there was dust on the shelves and tables. Additionally, the receptionist, an Egyptian employee whose name I do not recall exactly (I believe it was Kirillos), was not as welcoming or courteous as the other staff members. Karolos offered us a free upgrade to a room with a bunk bed for children, rather than a room with better size or view as one might expect. The room was not in good condition, and we even found leftover chips in the upper bunk bed. He also tried to convince us to take a suite for an additional charge, which was not something we wanted to discuss after a long flight. Moreover, no welcome gesture was offered to us or our child. On a positive note, the breakfast staff were exceptionally attentive and provided outstanding service with great kindness. However, I will not repeat this experience, as the price paid does not reflect the level of service or comfort provided.

酒店整體來説差強人意，雖然獨佔一個人工島但是部分硬件老舊需要維護了，靠近海的景觀需要修整，軟性服務也可以更有温度，早餐一般很多人排隊亂哄哄. 我們帶比較大的孩子出行所以訂了最貴的家庭房，希望有兩張床睡的舒服點，預訂頁面衹寫了雙卧室96平米，並沒有寫實際是兩間房（聯通房）誤導了我們，孩子不滿12歲找到了經理給換了個套房加了一張床，折騰了半天總算解決了，總體感受是不會住第二次的酒店.

Sara was the receptionist during checkin and she was very friendly and allowed late checkout on request. Free valet parking is available. The room was spacious, clean and aesthetically very pleasing. The breakfast next morning was one of best I have had - good variety and very tasty. Even during checkout the concierge and other staff were friendly and trying their best to help with our luggage. One of my best stays in Abu Dhabi and highly recommend Sheraton Khalidiya to everyone.
