โรงแรมพร้อมระเบียงในอาบูดาบี

優點： 1.房間不錯 挺大的 有大浴缸 泡澡很舒服 2.帶陽台 陽台還有晾衣架 看海景泳池很漂亮 3.早餐好吃 種類齊全 雖然沒有中式 但整體很不錯 特別是糕點麪包區 現烤的麪包太香了 可頌超好吃 4.酒店有好幾個泳池 不過這在Saadiyat島上屬於標配了 5. 洗護用的是LE LABO 我喜歡 很多酒店用BYREDO和Aqua我都不喜歡 覺得味道不好聞 LE LABO可以～ 6.除了valet parking 整體服務還不錯 缺點： 1.樓層隔音不好 在房間裏能聽見走廊上的人説話的聲音 2.淋浴是開放式的 和浴缸挨在一起 水會濺得到處都是 3.現在淡季酒店在裝修 早上被裝修聲音吵 4.valet parking服務做得很不好 車開來了就停那 也沒人來喊我們 沒人幫拿行李放行李 5.健身房看着大但是器械很少 沒有深蹲架

Really spacious room, lots of closet space, and huge bathroom. Amenities wise, it was really upsetting that the adult-only pool was too full so we got rejected and had to use the family pool. And next to the family pool, there was a really loud construction happening so it wasn't a relaxing time by the pool.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ทางตะวันออกของเกาะ Yas ใกล้กับ YAS BAY ห่างจากสวนสนุกหลายแห่งสองสามกิโลเมตร โชคดีที่โรงแรมมีรถรับส่งฟรีทุก 30 นาที มีสาย Y1A และ Y1B ซึ่งค่อนข้างสะดวก หลังจากการจองห้องพักสำเร็จ ผู้เข้าพักแต่ละคนจะได้รับตั๋วสวนสนุก Yas Park (เลือกได้ 1 จาก 4) ต่อคืน บุฟเฟต์อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย มีน้ำผลไม้ แต่ไม่มีโจ๊กหรือบะหมี่จีน สำหรับไข่ต้องสั่งและแจ้งหมายเลขโต๊ะและประเภท พนักงานจะนำมาเสิร์ฟให้ถึงโต๊ะ วันที่สองของการเข้าพัก ฉันทำชานมและแพนเค้กด้วยส่วนผสมที่มีอยู่เพื่อเติมท้อง บุฟเฟต์อาหารค่ำไม่มีเครื่องดื่มแบบเติมได้ ต้องสั่งจากพนักงาน เด็กสามารถเลือกน้ำผลไม้ได้ 1 ชนิด ส่วนผู้ใหญ่สามารถเลือกกาแฟหรือชาได้ อาหารค่ำมีซูชิ เมื่ออาหารร้อนออกมา ฉันรีบไปเอามาหนึ่งที่ ของหวานก็โอเค มีไอศกรีมด้วย แต่โดยรวมแล้วอาหารรู้สึกไม่เหมาะกับรสนิยมของคนจีน เนื่องจากฉันจองช้า ห้องเตียงคิงไซส์ราคาถูกกว่าจึงเหลือแต่ห้องสำหรับผู้พิการ ฉันเพิ่งรู้เมื่อเช็คอินว่าไม่มีอ่างอาบน้ำ และหลังจากอาบน้ำ พื้นก็เปียกไปหมด ความพิการกลับกลายเป็นอุปสรรคแทน สระว่ายน้ำและศูนย์เด็กของโรงแรมค่อนข้างดี โดยเฉพาะสระว่ายน้ำเด็กที่มีร่มเงาและมีเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยคอยดูแลอยู่ด้วย สิ่งที่ฉันอยากจะบ่นคือฉันไม่ได้รับการต้อนรับแบบจีนเลย พนักงานต้อนรับไม่มีใครพูดภาษาจีนได้ ฉันต้องสื่อสารเรื่องต่างๆ ด้วยภาษาอังกฤษที่ง่อนแง่น (พูดเป็นคำๆ)

Although we arrived late at night, the staff gave us a warm welcome and were kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best I’ve ever slept in. I had a wonderful night’s sleep. Breakfast was outstanding with an impressive variety of choices. There were Western dishes, Indian cuisine, Chinese food, freshly baked pizza, waffles, pancakes, and much more. It would be a real shame to skip breakfast at this hotel. The only small downside was that some of the fruit was not fully ripe, but everything else exceeded my expectations. The staff provided excellent service from start to finish. I would happily stay at this hotel again, whether for a visit to Abu Dhabi or even just during a transit stop. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

I booked a package that explicitly advertised a room upgrade opportunity. When I noticed that no upgrade had been provided, I asked about it at the front desk. I was immediately told that upgrades were “subject to availability” and it is unavailable... After I pointed out that Abu Dhabi hotels are nowhere near full at the moment, she still said it is nearly full because it's weekend. Well lets check out the 'full occupancy' photos i attached.... :) Only after I firmly pushed back did she reluctantly offer an alternative, a garden-view room. Since I wasn't interested in a garden view, I requested what should have been my original category preference: an unblocked city view. The alternative she eventually offered was a higher-floor, but with a twin room with even more side-facing view. Having no better option, I accepted it and ended up spending my honeymoon in a twin-bed room. If the hotel is unwilling to provide upgrades, then it should stop promoting packages that create expectations in the first place. There were several other shortcomings on the part of the front desk and the guest relations, but I will leave them out of this review. What ultimately saved this stay and turned it into a memorable experience were Umar, who warmly introduced us to the room, and John from the Butler Department, whose kindness and genuine care left a lasting impression. These two gentlemen genuinely understand what true hospitality means and are among the brightest representatives of Emirates Palace. The hotel management should recognize and take good care of them, because they are the people who make guests want to return.

ประการแรก รถโดยสาร YAS ไม่น่าเชื่อถือและไม่ตรงตามตารางเวลาที่แจ้งไว้ พนักงานโรงแรมพาเราไปรอรถโดยสาร YAS ที่ป้ายรถเมล์ซึ่งไม่เปิดให้บริการแล้ว และหลังจากรอ 30 นาที เราก็เลยยอมแพ้และใช้บริการ Careem แทน เมื่อเข้าไปในโรงแรม รู้สึกเหมือนเป็นโรงแรมสนามบินที่ราคาแพงเกินจริง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ให้มามีเพียงชุดเครื่องสำอางและหมวกคลุมอาบน้ำเท่านั้น ไม่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นใด เมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมอื่นๆ ที่ฉันเคยพักในดูไบ ซึ่งมีน้ำยาบ้วนปาก ฟองน้ำขัดตัว ชุดโกนหนวด ฯลฯ ห้องพักเองก็เล็ก ไม่มีฝักบัวแบบเรนชาวเวอร์ในห้องน้ำ และหลอดไฟในห้องน้ำก็กระพริบตลอดเวลา อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมมีให้เลือกน้อย สิ่งที่ดีที่สุดคือไข่เบเนดิกต์ ห้องออกกำลังกายของโรงแรมก็เล็ก เราไปตอนอาหารเย็นซึ่งไม่มีใครอยู่เลยและได้ออกกำลังกายอย่างเต็มที่ แต่คิดไม่ออกเลยว่าถ้ามีคนมากกว่า 5 คน ห้องออกกำลังกายจะเป็นอย่างไร เพราะขนาดเล็กมาก ห้องอบไอน้ำก็ใช้ไม่ได้ตั้งแต่เวลา 19.00 น. โรงแรมนี้มีบริการเข้าสวนสาธารณะ 2 แห่งให้ 2 วัน แต่ก็ยังไม่คุ้มกับราคาและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพัก สิ่งเดียวที่ฉันไม่มีข้อติคือบริการจากพนักงานซึ่งยอดเยี่ยมมาก บริการ WhatsApp จากพนักงานต้อนรับก็ดีมากเช่นกัน พวกเขาตอบกลับเกือบจะทันทีเพื่อช่วยเหลือฉันในเรื่องต่างๆ สำหรับราคาขนาดนี้ ฉันคาดหวังมากกว่านี้ ซึ่งโรงแรมนี้ไม่ได้ให้ไว้ ฉันเคยพักในโมเตลที่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดีกว่านี้ และราคา 700 ดอลลาร์สิงคโปร์ต่อคืนนั้นไม่คุ้มค่าเลยจริงๆ

A real treasure inside the city of AbuDhabi.The hotel is very stylish with Aristocratic type of furniture..Marble floors ,luxurious chandeliers that fill the place with majestic atmosphere. The room are really spacious with very comfortable bed ,mattress ,pillows and duvet.The bathroom is new and modern. The staff are very professional and friendly.The service is very quick.The lefts are never late ,no wait at all. A huge Thank You ,goes to Osama ,Virginia and all the others who made our stay so enjoyable.

酒店整體來説差強人意，雖然獨佔一個人工島但是部分硬件老舊需要維護了，靠近海的景觀需要修整，軟性服務也可以更有温度，早餐一般很多人排隊亂哄哄. 我們帶比較大的孩子出行所以訂了最貴的家庭房，希望有兩張床睡的舒服點，預訂頁面衹寫了雙卧室96平米，並沒有寫實際是兩間房（聯通房）誤導了我們，孩子不滿12歲找到了經理給換了個套房加了一張床，折騰了半天總算解決了，總體感受是不會住第二次的酒店.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Khalidiya branch. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. We especially loved the excellent service and the delicious breakfast, which offered a great variety of options. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and always willing to assist, making our stay even more pleasant. The only minor suggestion for improvement would be to provide slippers and dental kits in the rooms. We hope these amenities can be included in the future for added convenience. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we had a great experience. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others. 😊
