During the Christmas season, I spent several delightful days at the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, the very same Park Hyatt where Liu Yifei once stayed, and it turned out to be my favorite place where I lingered the longest during this trip. Coincidentally, the room number was the same as my birthday (a rare occurrence for someone born in January). *Highlights: The hotel boasts its own private beach, free from the hustle and bustle of tourists, offering a tranquil and comfortable atmosphere with a great vibe. *Relaxation: There are multiple swimming pools, restaurants, and a library, all exquisitely beautiful, and you can enjoy the sight of eagles during breakfast. *Activities: Morning yoga classes are available, along with tennis courts, a golf course, a gym, and a spa. *Service: The welcome gifts included a large box of chocolates and a fruit platter—the chocolates were absolutely delicious. The staff were all very warm and provided attentive service. *Amenities: The toiletries were from Le Labo, a brand that I adore. *Location: The Louvre is nearby, making it convenient to visit. *The rate during the Christmas season was approximately $1100 per night. *Drawback: It was so comfortable that I ended up staying in the hotel for several days without venturing out, missing many of Abu Dhabi's attractions.

Really spacious room, lots of closet space, and huge bathroom. Amenities wise, it was really upsetting that the adult-only pool was too full so we got rejected and had to use the family pool. And next to the family pool, there was a really loud construction happening so it wasn't a relaxing time by the pool.

Amazing stay! Staffs are all very polite and friendly. Intensive care of each guest by remembering our names every time arriving at the hotel. Room was facing the pool with balcony which it was really nice to have this view. The lobby was soooo beautiful and it always smells good like all other ritz Carlton. Breakfast was good but the Doha Ritz Carlton was slightly nicer. Very clean room and it doesn’t feel like the age of the hotel. Daily cleaning also great. Highly recommend to try the Lebanese restaurant in the hotel. Nice food nice shisha and excellent service. We went twice during outstay. Specially shout out to Ransit he looked after us so well each time. Right opposite of the white mosque which it was beautiful but if you are looking for loads of shops and restaurants this isn’t the case. For us we liked the quietness and we uber everywhere easily from the hotel

I booked a package that explicitly advertised a room upgrade opportunity. When I noticed that no upgrade had been provided, I asked about it at the front desk. I was immediately told that upgrades were “subject to availability” and it is unavailable... After I pointed out that Abu Dhabi hotels are nowhere near full at the moment, she still said it is nearly full because it's weekend. Well lets check out the 'full occupancy' photos i attached.... :) Only after I firmly pushed back did she reluctantly offer an alternative, a garden-view room. Since I wasn't interested in a garden view, I requested what should have been my original category preference: an unblocked city view. The alternative she eventually offered was a higher-floor, but with a twin room with even more side-facing view. Having no better option, I accepted it and ended up spending my honeymoon in a twin-bed room. If the hotel is unwilling to provide upgrades, then it should stop promoting packages that create expectations in the first place. There were several other shortcomings on the part of the front desk and the guest relations, but I will leave them out of this review. What ultimately saved this stay and turned it into a memorable experience were Umar, who warmly introduced us to the room, and John from the Butler Department, whose kindness and genuine care left a lasting impression. These two gentlemen genuinely understand what true hospitality means and are among the brightest representatives of Emirates Palace. The hotel management should recognize and take good care of them, because they are the people who make guests want to return.

A real treasure inside the city of AbuDhabi.The hotel is very stylish with Aristocratic type of furniture..Marble floors ,luxurious chandeliers that fill the place with majestic atmosphere. The room are really spacious with very comfortable bed ,mattress ,pillows and duvet.The bathroom is new and modern. The staff are very professional and friendly.The service is very quick.The lefts are never late ,no wait at all. A huge Thank You ,goes to Osama ,Virginia and all the others who made our stay so enjoyable.

ประการแรก รถโดยสาร YAS ไม่น่าเชื่อถือและไม่ตรงตามตารางเวลาที่แจ้งไว้ พนักงานโรงแรมพาเราไปรอรถโดยสาร YAS ที่ป้ายรถเมล์ซึ่งไม่เปิดให้บริการแล้ว และหลังจากรอ 30 นาที เราก็เลยยอมแพ้และใช้บริการ Careem แทน เมื่อเข้าไปในโรงแรม รู้สึกเหมือนเป็นโรงแรมสนามบินที่ราคาแพงเกินจริง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ให้มามีเพียงชุดเครื่องสำอางและหมวกคลุมอาบน้ำเท่านั้น ไม่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นใด เมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมอื่นๆ ที่ฉันเคยพักในดูไบ ซึ่งมีน้ำยาบ้วนปาก ฟองน้ำขัดตัว ชุดโกนหนวด ฯลฯ ห้องพักเองก็เล็ก ไม่มีฝักบัวแบบเรนชาวเวอร์ในห้องน้ำ และหลอดไฟในห้องน้ำก็กระพริบตลอดเวลา อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมมีให้เลือกน้อย สิ่งที่ดีที่สุดคือไข่เบเนดิกต์ ห้องออกกำลังกายของโรงแรมก็เล็ก เราไปตอนอาหารเย็นซึ่งไม่มีใครอยู่เลยและได้ออกกำลังกายอย่างเต็มที่ แต่คิดไม่ออกเลยว่าถ้ามีคนมากกว่า 5 คน ห้องออกกำลังกายจะเป็นอย่างไร เพราะขนาดเล็กมาก ห้องอบไอน้ำก็ใช้ไม่ได้ตั้งแต่เวลา 19.00 น. โรงแรมนี้มีบริการเข้าสวนสาธารณะ 2 แห่งให้ 2 วัน แต่ก็ยังไม่คุ้มกับราคาและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพัก สิ่งเดียวที่ฉันไม่มีข้อติคือบริการจากพนักงานซึ่งยอดเยี่ยมมาก บริการ WhatsApp จากพนักงานต้อนรับก็ดีมากเช่นกัน พวกเขาตอบกลับเกือบจะทันทีเพื่อช่วยเหลือฉันในเรื่องต่างๆ สำหรับราคาขนาดนี้ ฉันคาดหวังมากกว่านี้ ซึ่งโรงแรมนี้ไม่ได้ให้ไว้ ฉันเคยพักในโมเตลที่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดีกว่านี้ และราคา 700 ดอลลาร์สิงคโปร์ต่อคืนนั้นไม่คุ้มค่าเลยจริงๆ

ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะดวกสบายพร้อมวิวทะเลที่สวยงามนอกหน้าต่าง โรงแรมและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักมีครบถ้วนและสะดวกสบาย เตียงนอนสบายมาก ทำเลที่ตั้งดี และการบริการก็อบอุ่น ปัญหาเดียวที่ผมเจอคือเครื่องการ์ดประตูในห้องพังตอนเช็คอิน ผมพยายามอยู่นาน และรอให้พนักงานโรงแรมซ่อมก่อนเข้าห้อง ตอนนั้นผมได้บินภายในประเทศและ ต่างประเทศนานกว่า 20 ชั่วโมง และฉันก็เหนื่อยมาก
