The main entrance of the hotel is not safe where the not visible step specially in the evening is not safe. have discuss with the manager on duty in the evening to discuss about the incident but he was not cooperative at all.

Excellent hotel, big rooms, very courteous staff, and amenities. Cleanliness was good. Breakfast could be better, but its a individual choice. The hotel entrance is bit awkward taxi find it difficult to find the place. Overall good place to stay.

- Great cleaniless - Location isn't bad and near downtown - The receptionist on night shift was terrible -＞ scammed for 5 DHS and lied to us about residential car park even though we are from Dubai and clearly it is a public car park where it's free on sundays. They need to take actions and not to enforce people to take the valet car park and pay 20 DHS to this person.

Good location if you're visiting the theme parks A few restaurants and a decent supermarket nearby. I didn't really use it, but the kitchen is very well-equipped if you're planning to cook in the room. Generally very clean apart from the floor, which was quite dusty. This website says there is luggage storage, but there isn't.

Apartment is perfect
