During my recent trip to Antalya, I had the pleasure of staying at Falcon Hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. Here's a detailed review of my experience:
Location (5/5): Falcon Hotel is conveniently located near Antalya International Airport, making it easily accessible for travelers arriving by air. The hotel is also situated within close proximity to popular attractions such as Konyaaltı Beach and Antalya Aquarium, offering guests the perfect blend of convenience and leisure.
Accommodation (5/5): The rooms at Falcon Hotel are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. My room featured a comfortable bed, a balcony with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, and a well-appointed bathroom. The only downside was the occasional noise from nearby traffic, but it was manageable.
Service (5/5): The staff at Falcon Hotel provided exceptional service throughout my stay. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries. Check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the concierge helped me arrange transportation and book local excursions.
Facilities (5/5): Falcon Hotel offers a range of facilities to enhance the guest experience, including a rooftop swimming pool with panoramic views, a fitness center, and a spa offering relaxing treatments. I particularly enjoyed unwinding at the pool after a day of exploring Antalya.
Dining (5/5): The hotel's restaurant served delicious Turkish and international cuisine. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with a variety of options to suit different tastes. However, I found that dining options for lunch and dinner were somewhat limited.
Overall Experience (5/5): My stay at Falcon Hotel was enjoyable and memorable. The hotel's prime location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations made it a great choice for my visit to Antalya. I would highly recommend Falcon Hotel to travelers looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay in Antalya.
Perfect location! Right in heart of the old town and port so highly recommend if only in town for a few days! One block to the water and restaurants, same distance to great shopping in the old town. Hotel rooms are simple but completely adequate, along with great customer service both before we arrived as well as while there. Great included breakfast with panoramic views!
That was worst hotel experience i ve ever had. We read reviews and booked this hotel but dont believe what u read! Me and my bf booked at this hotel for 3 days holiday. We arrived around 1 am in the morning there was receptionist which was not very happy to have guests we felt not welcomed. He showed us room that we ordered. Room smelled savage, hairs on the bed, filthy bathroom and pretty cold since it was january month. There was old noisy aircon in the room which is not warming at all after i ve been waiting 30 min with jacket on. We were tired after long trip and wanted to take a warm shower but we couldn’t due to cold room. We asked to change the room we hoped to get better room but other room was absolutely the same. Bed is so hard that better you sleep on the floor. I asked extra blankets and some extra stuff from reception but he was siting downstairs smoking drinking tea with his friends didnt even bother to help us. it was 2am in the morning we didn’t know what to do. I asked refund our money back and he refused rudely. At that point we really wanted to run away from that place and find ourself new hotel somewhere in town. We didnt care money. It was absolutely nightmare! I ve traveled all around the world i never ever experienced such unprofessional behavior from a hotel. Its such a shame because location and architecture was very nice.
The hotel was located 12min from the Tram Stop. It's check in was pretty smooth. The receptionist was very polite. 2 bottles of water was provided complimentary in the room.
It was very clean and nice. One of the Antalya museum is right beside it. The area is quite happening. It's absolutely safe for walk out at late night. Ample no. of restaurants and bars were around.
I would highly recommend staying in this hotel.
Harika bir dekorasyon ve dizayn ,çok etkilendim.Konum sahile ve çareleri çok yakin.Temizlik için çok onem veriliyor. Çalışanlar kibar ve güler yüzlü. Konyaaltı bölgesinin en güzel oteli.
Location is perfect in the heart of the old town, a 15 mins walk to the marina and just 2-3 mins to many fine bars and restaurants with so much live music in the evenings it is wonderful. We stayed in the Sultan suite which was very nice although on the ground floor and with just one window it was a little dark. Breakfast was very good and pool area relaxing. The manager was always on hand and very helpful indeed, always went out of his way to accommodate and advise. We would stay here again if we return.
I visited Antalya in May 2024, and wanted to experience the charm of living in the old town. Villa Tulipan was one of the more promising choices - it had above average reviews, was reasonably priced, and, more importantly, was located in the heart of Kaleici. Unfortunately, it was not the perfect stay I had in mind. I was particularly disappointed with the bathroom facilities. There was this nasty sewage smell eminating from the bathroom drains. Thankfully, I was out most of the day but I would imagine this would be an unpleasant experience for those wanting to laze in their hotel rooms. I learned that this was due to the poor plumbing infrastructure that plagues many buildings in this area, and this is not a trivial problem to solve. Nonetheless, I felt more could have been done to make this issue bearable, such as providing stronger bathroom scents and air purifiers, for example. The bathroom's cleanliness was also not up to standards. I found used plastic packaging and hair in the shower area. Another issue I had was with my room's shower heater. The water temperature would fluctuate wildly even though the heater knob was not touched. One moment hot water, then cold water the next. Barring these issues, the hosts' hospitality was the saving grace during my short stay here. They were friendly and helpful in providing information about the area, including things to do and must-see sights. I will give a special mention to the resident kittens that roam freely on the hotel's ground floor. I especially appreciate the effort put into the room ”themes” and hotel's decor. There is also a rooftop terrace for those looking to enjoy scenic views of the marina. If you can look past the bathroom issues that were highlighted, then you will find that Villa Tulipan is actually quite a quaint, charming location to stay in. Overall, I thought my stay here was functional, at best. Great location close to many of the old town's attractions, but could definitely do better in terms of providing a more quality stay.
