"The hotel has very good food, amazing drinks, and the staff were excellent and always helpful. I would give 5 stars for the food, drinks, and service. The hotel area and pools also look nice during the day. Unfortunately, there were some serious issues during our stay. During the night, the hallway near our room was full of insects that looked similar to ants. Also, from around 22:00 until even 03:00, there were construction works happening nearby. The vibrations and noise were extremely strong — everything in the room was shaking, making it very difficult to sleep. It also looked like the works would continue for a long time. Another disappointing thing was that the swimming pools close after 19:00, which is very early for a resort hotel, especially in warm weather. Because of that, I would only give 1 star for the pool availability"

"The hotel was stunning the pool was the biggest I have ever seen the only thing that let it down was the pool not being heated so was just way to cold to use such a shame ! The cleaning lady was just so lovely and my suite with hot tub was stunning"

"The hotel is located 10mins from the airport via taxi. All the staff at the hotel are just amazing and so helpful. The hotel is exactly in line with the Hampton by Hilton brand with large rooms which are fresh and clean. There is plenty of amenities and the restaurant has a wide range of foods which can accommodate all international travellers. The breakfast is also great with a massive range of choices. The best part is the great staff."

"This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach."

"Açık konuşmak gerekirse bu fiyata böyle güzel bir yer beklemiyordum temizlik olsun resepsiyonda görevli arkadaşın yardımcı olması olsun odalardaki ikramlar olsun her anlamda çok güzeldi her şey için teşekkür ederiz kesinlikle tekrardan tercih edeceğim"

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The food was outstanding, with a huge variety of delicious dishes available almost 24/7. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The swimming was clean. There were many sun loungers, it was never difficult to find a place to sunbathe. The views of the sea and the mountains were absolutely breathtaking! But there isn’t much to see or do just outside the hotel, and there are no souvenir shops nearby. However, TerraCity – a huge shopping mall – is only about a 20-minute walk away, the nearest bus stop is just a 7-minute walk (you need to buy AntalyaKart (100 ₺) and put money there to use public transport), so it’s easy to get around the city. Overall, I highly recommend visiting this hotel!"
