We (a family of four) stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling from Nice to Geneva. I was looking for a hotel near the Serravalle Outlet and this hotel was just few minutes away, Overall, I was pleasantly surprised! It is a small hotel in a small town, but I found the hotel staff to be exceptionally accommodating and eager to be good hosts. The lady at the reception desk stayed more than an hour past the stated check-in hour to be there when we arrived; the lady at the breakfast went through each of the items (locally made) and was happy to make custom omelettes. I would say they were the best hotel staff among all the hotels on this 2-week long trip!

Останавливались на одну ночь, вечером и утром были в аутлете. С 7 до 10 европейский завтрак с роскошными гигантскими круасанами и вкуснейшими пончиками. Вещи утром сложили в багажную комнату и занимались шоппингом. Заранее вызвали такси и все успели. К сожалению поздно оценили наличие бассейна. Отличные авторские шампуни и мыло. D'époque ne veut pas dire vétuste... Mais disons que ce n'est pas grave... Des espaces salon dans le parc sans coussin où il est du coup impossible de s'asseoir... Mais disons que ce n'est pas grave... A 18h15 en été, on vous dit que la piscine est fermée alors que sur les photos on voit un apéritif servi au coucher du soleil... Mais disons que ce n'est pas grave... Même pas une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre... 45 minutes pour avoir un café le matin au petit déjeuner... Mais... Ça fait beaucoup... Le personnel est affligeant ! Soit disant 4 étoiles... C'est une honte ! Si au moins il y avait un sourire... Si au moins ils s'en rendaient compte... Ils pourraient juste dire qu'ils sont désolés mais rien... L'accueil, la personne à la piscine, le service du petit déjeuner... Je crois que je n'ai jamais vu ça ! Une palme bien méritée pour ce qui restera je l'espère le pire hôtel dans lequel j'aurais séjourné ! Je n'ai pas de mot assez fort ! Minable !

We stayed at Capriccio Art hotel for two nights as part of our shopping trip to Milan outlets without much thought as it was very near to the outlets . BUT what a pleasant stay it was . The hotel is very aesthetically done up with pieces of art from different artists .. Teh room was big ( a big luxury in Europe ) and the washroom modern and big too . The hygiene levels were top standards . The staff was exceptionally polite and trained very well . The Highlight of the trip and the hotel was the food .. it was such flavourful authentic Italian food that we ended up having dinner at the hotel on all days of our stay . The coffee they served was awesome too .. three cheers for the chef at Capriccio Art . The best was they were able to make vegan dishes for me as I am lactose intolerant..will definitely plan a stay again and highly recommend to anyone going to serravalle ..
