Room is so nice and big. Good area to stay near to university

The hotel is in a good location, only 5 mins walk from the Maastricht centrum station. It is facing the famous St. Servatius Bridge and is very accessible to all the main tourists attractions and dining places in the main town. I am also impressed by the various facilities in the hotel, eg, the gym room. I would definitely recommend other tourists (both business and leisure travel) to stay at this hotel.

Great hotel

Tres bon hôtel et personnel très gentil mais l’annonce était un peu mensongère, en effet nous avions pris une chambre de 4 mais les lits étaient extrêmement petit et l’hôtel n’a pas su nous apporter une solution. Une robe de chambre également pour 4 personnes Dommageee…

每次來馬斯特裏赫特都住這家酒店，位置方便，景色很美，就是早餐的質量有所下降了。不過這個也是歐洲目前的普遍情況，總體來説性價比還是可以的。

地理位置超好，在MAAS河的沿岸，可以看到河岸風光及舊城區景色。櫃台服務人員非常親切熱情。和她互動很愉快😃。

不同的房間設施不完全一樣，環境很棒，臨河而居，河景房很漂亮

The hotel lobby still needs a little style lifting, but the bedrooms were nicely renovated. Conveniently located and well priced.

Very disappointed in this hotel, service in both the lounge bar and dining room was terrible. Made a dinner reservation and was seated without menus or drink orders, left after waiting 30 minutes. We were ignored in the lounge bar after ordering drinks, finally served after complaining to the manager. Overall the hotel was very dated and tired. Curtains in our room was hanging off the rail. Cheap plastic cups in the bathroom and no glasses in the room. I definitely would not recommend this Hotel .

The room was clean, and really spacious, it had everything and more. The personell was very nice, and the location ist just awesome. The only thing: You have to pay parking extra. I did not know that before.

A great location for visiting Maastricht, particularly if you have a car as they have a secure car park. A family room was ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. Very good breakfast and able to eat late. English tourists won’t have any TV options to keep the kids entertained, so be prepared in advance.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and service. There was four of us and we kept getting only two towels and two bottles of water. We asked for the room to be cleaned every day and only the bare minimum was done and my sons could do a better job with making the beds. However, the food at the bar and the service there was great.
