Went to Punta Cana for business trip and stayed at the AC Punta Cana for 4 days. Location was great, close to shopes, grocery store, restaurants, and entertainment. Elvi from the AC provided exceptional service and made sure my friends and I were taken care of our entire stay. Ask for him if you're ever at the AC Punta Cana. Our stay at TRS Cap Cana was FANTASTIC! Yes, there is algae, but that did not take away from the great time my husband and I had. The hotel is beautiful despite some updating it may need. The staff was so friendly; Alejandro was a master at the grill. The waiters, Baily, Juan, and Melvin, were phenomenal. Angel, the pool bartender, made delicious mixed drinks. The vibe is quiet which I loved. We went to Punta Cana for much-needed R&R and TRS was just the place for that. We plan to return.

This review is for the UNIQUE part of Lopesan Costa Bavaro. My wife and I spent 4 nights in May 2023. We had an amazing time during our stay that was nothing short of amazing. Our butler Victor was amazing and made sure no question went unanswered, no request was too much for him. We spent most of our time in the UNIQUE specific amenities (Restaurant/Bar/Beach/Pool) – the breakfast and lunch buffet very tremendous, the food was great and there was something for everyone. We especially enjoyed the fresh passionfruit at breakfast. The service at the beach was great, rarely did we not have a passionfruit margarita in our hands. The restaurants for dinner (We did the Steakhouse, the French restaurant, the UNIQUE only restaurant and the restaurant where UNIQUE members don’t have to pay extra to eat at) where all really good – the food was always very tasty, the presentation was appealing to the eye and service was friendly and fast. The room was clean, quiet and we always came back to a perfectly made room after our time at the beach. We are looking forward to our next stay!
