There was something to do for just about everyone- Beautiful beach, Water spots, pools (lap pool in the morning), gym, spa, activities, bowling, golf etc.

We liked the size of the resort. The front desk staff and concierge were amazing ! The food was not good. Service at the restaurants was unhappy and lacked customer service.

A beautiful resort on the outside, truly is. The food is absolutely horrible though. The workers barely understand you, and don’t care to.

It was an excellent stay in the family Duplex. The food was in abundance in the buffet area. The experience in specialty restaurants was good but the service in these specialty restaurants was extremely slow, would not recommend reserving for these restaurants. The buffet was sufficient. They have a Disco and ****** in the Resort which was fun. Enjoyed the Disco throughly. Water Zumba was fun activity for my wife and so was the Catamaran experience. One advice do not book any excursions if you have booked an all inclusive resort, just sit relax and enjoy the resort and it’s in house activities

Overall, the property is beautiful. However, upon arrival, there was a roach in the room. And, one of the lamp looked like it was going to fall off, the jacuzzi knob fell off (hot water was turn off, during night time while we were inside using it) & the shower doesn’t have a door that can fully close so the floor got wet everyone we took a shower. The beach as well as the pool was amazing starting from the cleanness to the atmosphere. There were several good pool parties and activities on the beach as well as the pool. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. The stores inside are extremely expensive so I don’t recommend shopping inside.

Food was good, property was beautiful. Staff was good and helpful. Only thing I would say is, the food didn’t have labels which makes it hard to tell what I am eating but food option was good and variety. Overall, great stay.

Who ever cleaned my room took 150 dollars from my wallet. They went deep into my backpack and took the money from my wallet. With situations like this is very hard to go back or recommend a place.

Barcelo was excellent!! Able to be active and/or relax all day. Pools are not overly crowded nor are the beaches. The food is not the best but once you figure out what to order, it works great!!
