I travel quite a lot and can compare the services in this Arezzo 4 star hotel and others in the country: the plus: - futuristic and pure look and decoration. - a warm welcoming and helpfull staff available all the time. - a lot of Tesla superchargers the minus: - lots of stuff missing in the room to be rated as a four star : no slippers, no coffee or tea set, no vanity set in the bath room ( barely a single soap..), en empty minibar, no paper and pencils to take notes, no handkerchief , old and dirty carpet, a TV with less than 15 channels and only one in french and one in english, The breakfast is minimal and for 35€ you expect much more variety and quality food. And yesterday a diesel power generator ran all night, the people in the next room had a dog ( they accept animals in this hotel??) barking all night long. I attach pictures to illustrate all of this.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The room was exceptionally spacious, and the bathroom left a lasting impression with its remarkable cleanliness and modern amenities. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to others seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Stayed at the Minerva as part of a Riveria tour. A nice hotel on the outskirts of Arezzo (about a 20 minute walk to the gates of the town or take a bus). Clean rooms, helpful staff, a good breakfast, plenty of parking - and if you have never been to Arezzo, a delightful historic town well worth a visit. We stayed four nights.

Lascio in stanza, in una busta chiusa e sigillata con 3 scatole di torroni presi a Benevento (a 400km per omaggio per i colleghi in ufficio), che mi sarebbero serviti il giorno successivo. Torno la sera in stanza, appena apro la porta, trovo la busta aperta ed una scatola spacchettata e i torroncini mangiati per metà confezione. Ho fatto presente alla reception dell'accaduto, mostrando le foto, mi rispondono che avrebbero verificato con la responsabile del piano! Poi....il nulla, manco le scuse! non mi frega dei torroncini, alla fine li ho lasciati pure in stanza il giorno dopo (giorno del check-out) cosi li potevano pure finirli! Ma il fatto che, entrando per riassettare ed hanno aperto una busta chiusa e spacchettato le scatole coi dolci, lo stesso si potrebbe fare con le valige e/o borse chiuse che chiunque lascia in stanza quando si pernotta per più giorni. ! Sinceramente per gente come noi che viaggia di nome e di fatto, le quattro stelle di questo Hotel forse le hanno assegnate qualche anno fa, perchè a nostro parere nell'insieme non le merita assolutamente. Personale alla Reception, che poi si è dimostrato anche simpatico, ma che al primo impatto lascia un pò a desiderare, diciamo non accogliente come ti piacerebbe fosse in ogni hotel all'arrivo di un cliente. Camera 238, le foto allegate parlano meglio di ogni recensione, avevamo preavvisato che avremmo cenato in Hotel, visto che è anche ristorante, e la prima risposta è stata: Siete gli unici clienti che cenano qui sento in cucina. Ci fanno accomodare e scopriamo che stanno cenando in una sala a parte 2 comitive di turisti stranieri, 30/40 persone forse, quindi la cucina dovrebbe essere attiva o no? Menù con il minimo sindacale, arrosto in crosta di maiale e/o tagliata di vitella!!! Contorno patate arrosto o insalata, 2 bicchieri di vino 1 btl d'acqua in 4 abbiamo pagato 90 euro. Il potenziale ci sarà pure, l'Hotel è in centro sulla statale, ma forse avrebbe bisogno di un pò più d'attenzione da parte di tutto il personale, lo stipendio ve lo assicurano i clienti o no?
