โรงแรมนำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าพักได้ในปอร์โต

ห้องพักมีขนาดเล็กและมีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกน้อย กาแฟสําเร็จรูป รวมอาหารเช้ามีคุณภาพต่ํามากและไม่คุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่าย ไม่มีสระว่ายน้ําหรือพื้นที่เปิดโล่งมีราคาแพง แม่บ้านไม่ได้ทําความสะอาดอุปกรณ์อาบน้ํา น้ําในห้องไม่สดชื่น โรงแรมอยู่ใจกลางเมือง

โรงแรมใหม่และสวยงามมาก ห้องพักมีระเบียงพร้อมวิว และทําเลที่ตั้งดีมากใกล้กับศาลากลางและสถานีรถไฟเก่าซึ่งคุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่าย มาถึงตอน 12.00 น. แผนกต้อนรับให้ห้องล่วงหน้า แต่การดูแลบ้านค่อนข้างแย่ วันแรกไม่มีผ้าเช็ดปาก ทิ้งกระดาษไว้ให้เราในกล่องกระดาษ และเปิดประตูโดยไม่เคาะประตูตอน 10 โมงเช้าของวันรุ่งขึ้น

Wow- what a great location and eclectic hotel. Staff was very welcoming, happy, energetic and went out of their way to offer directions and recommendations to restaurants. Clean room, crisp sheets, well maintained. The hotel itself is right across the street from the Cathedral and is central to so many tourist sites, restaurants and shops. We truly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located 10 min walk to Ribeira, the key tourist district in Porto. The location is excellent as all the major attractions and city centre are within walking distance to the hotel. Ubers to / from airports are easily available for average of Euro 15. The rooms are contemporary and well furnished. The breakfast variety is limited, in particular for the vegetarians.

Recently stayed here as part of my husbands 70th birthday, hotel kindly upgraded us to a deluxe room and there was a small cake waiting for us which was a lovely touch. The room was really lovely, only downside is that they only give you 1 free bottle of water per visit and only few pods for coffee machine which given it was a deluxe room a bit poor. However, apart from this small glitch, everything else we could not fault at the hotel. Bed was very comfortable, reception staff were very helpful in advising us on on areas to visit. Lovely continental breakfast and cooked one but not to order so on hot plates instead, local restaurants nearby which I would recomend are Solar Moinho de Vento & Meia Nau, which are both 5 mins walk away.

CONS -told them we would arrive around 1pm and asked if we could check in then over email and they responded saying no problem at all, 1pm check in was fine. We get there and are told they can’t accommodate us until 3pm -SO LOUD!!! giant windows that face the bar/restaurant area (no privacy) -people singing, drinking screaming in the bar area until 2am every night because it is open to the public -the bar is 10 feet from the rooms and you can hear EVERY conversation from the rooms -had to pay €3 for “towels” that were the size of a hand towel I am traveling with friends and we are here to have a good time and socialize but this was actually ridiculous. Need to decide whether they want to be a hostel or bar because this just doesn’t work. Also when we made reservation 3 months ago their phone line was down and didn’t work and said it would be back up… it’s been 3 months and it still doesn’t work. PROS -decently clean Worst hostel by far that I have stayed at, it’s a bummer because it has so much potential.
