Lovely hotel in Porto. What made it for me was the rooftop area and the bar service on the 8th floor, it was so calming and peaceful.
Little things let this stay down for me however, in particular house keeping. I was there for a total of 5 nights and twice I had to go ask for more water and towels. They didn't replenish coffee, or even change the dirty coffee mugs for clean ones. As I say just the things you would expect.
Location was good, but not fantastic for being right in the life of things without hilly climbs.

The staff is very nice and good service. The hotel locates at mid-level that it may not suit for kid and senior.

El servicio del hotel fue increíble, muy buen desayuno, la habitación estaba súper bien, la cama súper cómoda y el baño era grande. Está muy bien ubicado yo que iba a todos lados andado no tardaba mucho

Excelente todo, la recepción nos trató súper bien, nos ubicó en la habitación unas horas antes de la entrada por que llegamos más temprano.
Agradecido con ellos todo súper. Muy recomendado 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

포르투 여행 와서 숙소는 꼭 여기서 예약하세요! 위치도 나쁘지 않고 시설 청결은 너무 너무 좋습니다! 체크인 할 때 너무 착했던 남자 분 말도 잘하시구 웰컴 드링크? 같은 포도주? 를 주셨는데 너무 맛있었어요!! 룸 클리닝 팻말을 걸고 가지 않아서 수건만 받고 다시 들어가려고 했는데 저희 나가서 밥 먹고 온 사이에 룸 클리닝을 해주셨더라구요! 그리고 또 수건을 갖다주셨습니당... 죄송해요 ㅠㅠ 그렇지만 너무 감사하게 친절하게 대해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다! 두 번째 포르투 여행도 정말 좋은 추억과 좋은 숙소를 경험한 것 같아 행복해요!! 적극 추천!! 다른 어플은 좀 비싸지만 트립이 할인 좀 되니 2박에도 15만원으로 잡았어요!!
