Nous réservons début Janvier pour le 15 Avril. A notre arrivée à cette date, l'employé est INCAPABLE de retrouver notre réservation. L’hôtel aurait été complet, nous étions à la rue. Dans la chambre, la clim ne fonctionne pas et, l'eau chaude est pleine de micro poussières noires : je vide et rempli 3 fois le lavabo: résultat identique: toujours ces micro particules. Le lendemain matin je signale tous ces probleme au responsable à l'accueil . Il me promet de les signaler et que l'on prendra contact avec moi. 8 jours après , c'est .......le silence: aucun message : Technique du ”pourrissement” largement employé en politique. Nous reviendrons à Châtellerault , mais .....pas à l'IBIS. MÉPRIS COMPLET DU CLIENT: LAMENTABLE

Chalet n11 dans l'ensemble hygiène au rdv très propre salon comme les chambres en passant par la cuisine, lits confortable, la résidence est au calme avec une belle petite piscine chauffée intermarché à 7 8 minutes à pied. Nous avions réservé 3 nuits pour visiter le futuroscope 45 min et les châteaux au alentours.
