Triple hotel. Has very nice view with considerable services.

방도 넓고 깔끔하고 이용하지는 못했지만 수영장 뷰도 보여서 좋았습니다! 빌리지마켓이 바로 도보 5분정도 거리에 있어서 편리했어요

太太太太好了，內羅畢的第一天入住的酒店，員工熱情友善滿臉笑容，讓我對非洲人民留下了很好的第一印象，以為所有內羅畢的人都這麼友好呢。Safari結束後我們入住了離Wilson airport比較近的凱賓斯基，房間設施便利程度全部都不及部落酒店的一半

Very nice boutique hotel. The lobby has a lovely high ceiling, and there are many african art pieces decorating almost all areas of the hotel. Being located within the same commercial property as the Village Market Mall (same owners) was a big plus, including amenities such as free entry to the VMX gym within the mall, the largest in city. As hotel guests, you can sign up for free to the many daily exercise sessions at VMX. I ended up trying a spinning class. The hotel is also located within a secure diplomatic area, with the UN office, US embassy, and other embassies nearby. I found it safe walking around the Gigiri area where several restaurants, spas and even a padel court can be found. I found the hotel staff responsive to our several requests such as rush ironing of clothes and extra bottled water. What I really appreciated was when I brought to front desk's attention the construction noise from one of the hotel rooms across the hall. Construction work seemed to have immediately stopped after that and until the day we checked out. The only minor irritation is the seemingly duplicate bag checks when you walk back to the hotel from the mall. There is a pedestrian gate you must pass through where a guard will manually check your bags and then about 15 meters down a flight of stairs is the guarded hotel lobby entrance where your bags will pass through an xray machine to be checked again. Though I appreciate the circumstances why there are strict security measures in most commercial establishments in Nairobi, I found this to be excessive. An added bonus are the bicycles available for guests to use when going to sights around the area. Many thanks to Carmeline of the Guest Relations team for arranging my guided bike tour of the nearby Karura Forest Park. Special mention to Brett for accompanying me to and from the park during our almost 4-hour adventure.

Let me start with the most outstanding part of this hotel: the most friendly staff ever!!! From security, to reception, and the cleaners, everone was so welcoming and amazing!! And hotel is beautiful, beds comfy, great pool area, decoration etc.

The hotel is beautiful, the food at the restaurant varied, tasty and surprising, the hotel super comfortable but really what makes Tribe special is the staff. You get a level of service rarely seen, all the staff is so nice from the security at the entry to the people at the restaurant, to the director trying to fix issues made by the travel agency.Amazing!

The second time I have stayed at “Tribe” Nairobi. The staff, service, amenities are all top notch. It has become my go to place every time I am in Nairobi. A special thanks to Getrude who always looked after my room, ensuring that everything was perfect and that everything I needed was available. She was absolutely wonderful and was grateful for her professional and detailed attention. Will look forward to my next opportunity to stay at “Tribe”

Symon Siambiri and Sharon Shanda showed great hospitality. They made sure everything was above standard everyday. The cleanliness alone I rate 5 stars. Thank You! I would recommend anyone to experience the stay. Hope to see you soon again in a couple of weeks!

Clean, welcoming, friendly environment. The staff of the hotel from the gate to room service, you get the best. Blair, welcomed me and made me forget about the stress of the long flight. Norah at the reception, with a magic smile and professionalism. And from day one, they remembered my name and were all ready to assist. I had a wonderful experience with them. Anytime I go to Nairobi, I will love to visit The Tribe hotel again and again.

The bedding is first class. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The staff was always friendly and ready to serve you. The food is great. I was impressed with the security at this hotel. It will make you feel safe. I highly reccomend this hotel.

The service started with a big smile. All the staff were lovely, helpful, responsive, and just seemed happy to be here. The food was good, the location was near the market where we did some damage. We use the car service, which was very helpful. The gym was clean and modern. The pool area was pretty why we didn’t go to the nearby restaurants, it was all walkable. Wonderful stay!

The concept of “welcome back” or “welcome home”- for those fortunate enough to stay LT at Tribe - is more than a winning marketing and social outreach business concept. Overtime it makes you feel seen, supported, and embraced. From Tony, Edga, and Blair at the concierge desk to Leah, Barbara (Betty), Janice, Baraka, Valentine, and Sherline at the reception … these wonderful folks make you feel like a popular celebrity at the end of a long work day! When I stayed there over Chris**as holiday last year I felt like I was waking up every morning almost like I was in a family or friends home. Starting with the warm morning welcome at Jiko restaurant by Mary “Santa” with whom I always shared a high five complimented by Purity’s wonderful smile and conversation. Chris**as morning I was so touched to likewise see Catherine, Wayne, Issa, Mansura, and Geoffrey among others giving up their holiday at home just as I was doing. Will never forget Catherine’s smile that day from across the room when we made eye contact. It was as if we were both saying to each other in that look, “thank you for being here.” I felt / still feel grateful. Finally in the Executive Lounge Charles, Valentine, Janice, and Doreen were doing so much more than just serving cocktails at the end of the day. Through sometimes lengthy conversations with each I felt an ever subtle crossing of a line to friendship and that if I happened to move to Nairobi to live that I’d be happy to hang out with any of them as friends.

The Tribe is an amazing hotel but the best are the employees who are extremely nice and kind. I particularly want to mention Cornelius and Jacinta for being so helpful in such a positive way. I will definitely come back maybe on vacation with my family.
