"ฉันเลือกโรงแรมนี้เพราะมันใหม่และไม่ไกลจากสนามบิน ห้องพักเล็กแต่ก็อบอุ่น พนักงานโรงแรมเป็นกันเองมากและพร้อมให้ความช่วยเหลือเสมอ อาหารเช้าต้องสั่งจากเมนูล่วงหน้าหนึ่งวัน แล้วเขาจะนำมาส่งที่ห้อง ฉันจองไปในราคา 2,000 รูเบิล สิ่งที่ไม่ชอบคือผ้าปูที่นอนดูเหมือนจะไม่ได้เปลี่ยนหลังจากแขกคนก่อนหน้า ฉันเจอผมของคนอื่นบนเตียง และเห็นได้ชัดว่ามันเคยถูกใช้มาแล้ว ไม่มีกลิ่นหอมสดชื่นของผ้าปูที่นอน ส่วนปลอกหมอนดูเหมือนจะสะอาด ฉันตั้งใจจะนอนให้เต็มอิ่มก่อนเที่ยวบิน แต่ก็มีเสียงคนร้องเพลงเสียงดังใต้หน้าต่างตลอดทั้งคืน (อาจจะเป็นคาราโอเกะที่อยู่ใกล้ๆ) โดยรวมแล้วก็โอเค โรงแรมนี้เหมาะสำหรับการแวะพักชั่วคราว ขอบคุณพนักงานโรงแรม!"

"When i book the hotel what i have in mind is a place for us to enjoy after not seeing my husband for two years we opted to stay in Manila instead of going for vacation. I look for a hotel that will suit us and judging from the pictures it has all the ammenities that we expect from a hotel. Also the reviews were highly rated but when we get to the hotel the construction is not complete. The room does not have the complete furniture. Not even a trash container for cooking left overs and trash bins should have a cover, because when we get in the room we fly roaming our place. . It feels like renting a condo unit rather than a hotel. In order to contact the front desk you have to scan a qr code and do it online, its so incovenient, having a physical phone is much better than having to contact online. Eating options were very limited as there was no stanby reastaurant and neither nearby restaurants or stores..With our booking , breakfast was not included but it would have been okay if we have enjoyed all the ameneties and services that we expect for the price we pay. Now i feel, having not enjoyed what i saw from the pictures on the website,its very much pricey that i could have have opted to a much better hotel with a little bit price difference like SEDA by the bay which we stayed previously. Construction was onging and if you wanted to relax dyring the day it was impossible due to construction noise. Only 4 floors were operating out of 12. My advice to the property do not open a hotel when its incomplete..it will disappoint your guests. We didnt enjoyed what we have paid ,but thanks to the very accomodating staff at the reception, Riann, Zelle,Aya, khaye and sir Tauro, the night shift team , including the guard, truly an asset to the property. Perhaps when the construction is done we can say its worth the pay."

"I had a wonderful stay here! The place is impressively clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable—it really made me feel at ease the moment I arrived. For the price, it’s incredibly affordable and definitely worth every peso. What stood out the most was the excellent service. Ms. Doris was such a great help throughout my stay—very accommodating, kind, and attentive to every need. Communication was also smooth and fast; they are very responsive, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. ❤️ Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and budget-friendly place with outstanding service. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"馬尼拉轉機，過渡一晚，房間很大，衞生也不錯，整體舒適度是不錯的。但是這家退房時需要等待他們查房，確認是否有損壞和遺失物品才能離開。如果趕飛機就需要預留出時間。相比我們第一晚馬尼拉轉機的另外一家酒店，退房就直接交還房卡即可。我們今天衹能在前台等待，即使叫的車已經到達，最後催促下，前台説檢查出來客房遺失了一塊浴室的地墊，説到這個我們就好笑了，前一晚洗澡的時候就發現沒有地墊，就懶得問他們要了。最後就是，懶得和他們掰扯，直接趕去機場了。"

"Stayed here for one night during my trip to Manila and honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the photos. The AC worked perfectly (which is super important in Manila 😅), and the building facilities were great — there’s a swimming pool, gym, and pretty much everything you’d need. It felt very convenient and easy. The host was responsive and the whole process was smooth from check-in to check-out. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m visiting. Highly recommend!"

"Attendants and people at the Reception Lobby were very accomodating. Pool and other amenities are included and they don’t limit your access to certain areas only. Only downside are the complimentary shampoo and soap smells like grass."
