Außergewöhnliches Hotel im traditionellen Stil und marokkanischen Design mit wundervollem Garten und tollen Pools (insbesondere der Warmwasserpool!). Aber natürlich ist das Tigmiza kein modernes Luxushotel, …es wirkt alles etwas staubig und muffig. Vor allem der Fitness „Raum“ war echt kein Highlight: ein Laufband, ein Stepper, ein Basic Hometrainer-Bike. Die Isomatten und Hanteln staubbedeckt-klebrig und ohne Handtücher kaum benutzbar. Dennoch haben wir den Aufenthalt gut genießen können, denn wir hatten uns von vornherein darauf eingestellt - und Marrakech beinhaltet traditionell nun mal Staub! Daraus ergibt sich vielleicht der besondere Flair. Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und bemüht, das Frühstück lecker und vielseitig! Wer also das traditionelle Ambiente liebt und etwas Staub und old-fashioned Style toleriert, der kann im Tigmiza eine gute Zeit haben!

My first time for me and my wife with the 2 kids to try All inclusive Hotel. This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotel’s staff during our stay from 5 February through 9 February 2025. The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived there. The Superb Facilities start from Warm Swimming Pool, Aqua Park, Footbal Field, Tennis Court,Basketball Court, Mini Golf, Table Tennis, Kids Playground. And also standing applause for All of Entertainment teams. The chambermaids did and outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. Additionally, the buffets served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack time were highly sumptuous as we had a hearty time indulging in the array of varieties. Thankyou, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for solo travelers to access everything easily. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel lobby is beautifully designed—spacious and elegant. The on-site restaurants offer a good variety of food, which is great when you're too tired to dine outside. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Huda at the reception. The rooms also feature balconies with lovely views, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. However, there are a few downsides. The cleanliness doesn’t quite meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. Additionally, no drinking water was provided in the room, not even on the first night after check-in. Another inconvenience is the lack of power sockets near the bed, making it difficult to charge your phone while sleeping.
