"I had a fantastic four‑night stay while in town for Marrakech half marathon. The service from the staff stood out — everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. It made the whole experience feel smooth. The hotel is conveniently close to several restaurants and bakeries, which made grabbing meals and snacks incredibly easy, especially on busy race days. Being able to walk everywhere was an added bonus. It was an excellent stay, and I will return next year for another marathon event."

"Buen riad, con muy buena atención. Nos vinieron a buscar al taxi el primer día y nos ayudaron a encontrarnos con el conductor a la vuelta. Buen desayuno, cosa que se agradece ya que nos parecería complicado empezar el día encontrando donde desayunar. Está a 20 mins andando de la plaza principal."

"There was not body wash in the bathroom for the first night we stayed, so we could only use hand soap for bathing after our workout at midnight. We informed the front desk staff the next morning about this and he promised to follow up. However, the body wash bottle was still empty when we returned hotel in afternoon. We again asked the cleansing lady to follow up and she said ‘OK’ to us, unfortunately the result was the same when we returned the room after dinner. I believe good services to the guests by a world class hotel is significant, so recurrence of such kind of matter should be avoided. Thanks."

"В отеле очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал! Все проблемы пытались решать по мере возможности, спасибо. Просторная и чистая квартира, без запахов, кровать удобная. Расположение достаточно удобное: 20 минут пешком до вокзала и до медины, 10 минут до сада Мажорель, продуктовый магазин в соседнем доме. Рядом кладбище, тюрьма и стройка 😂 На этом плюсы заканчиваются. Минусов было достаточно. Сначала нас встретил сломанный замок на двери, и мы не могли ее открыть. На второй день день нам предложили поменять номер, он оказался в целом такой же, но без окна в спальне, поэтому мы остались в первом номере и приноровились открывать дверь сами. В квартире плохое освещение в гостиной и спальне, темно. Везде просто на проводе висит лампочка с холодным светом, нет прикроватных светильников как на фото, очень неуютно. Ванна просторная, но течет умывальник (то ли раковина, то ли кран): под раковиной образуется лужа. В душевой не хватает занавески, а между полом и перегородкой щель - в итоге, после принятия душа на полу много воды. В наличии туалетная бумага, мыло, средства для душа, но нет мусорных пакетов вообще нигде. Не хватает тряпки в кухне и моющего средства для посуды. На второй день перестал работать интернет на сутки. Потом он заработал, но крайне не стабильно на третьем этаже. Для туристов это важно! В целом вся квартира создаёт впечатление старой, уставшей, требующей нормального ремонта, а не «и так сойдёт», как это сделано сейчас. В последнюю ночь в четыре утра проснулся от шума: окно моей спальни выходило на террасу соседнего номера. Там была открыта дверь, видно было много мужчин в компании голых женщин. Я постучался к ним, они замолкли, но дверь не открыли. Но вскоре снова продолжили шуметь. Я связался с администратором через whatsapp, но не получил ответа и даже извинений после прочтения. Однако сразу после этого соседи закрыли балкон, и через полчаса дамы ушли. Стало тихо. Выводы делайте сами. Я понимаю, что это не дорогой отель, и я не ожидал сервиса пятизвёздочного уровня. Но есть базовый минимум, который хорошо бы соблюдать. Поэтому я не рекомендую этот отель, особенно дольше чем на сутки."

"Ari Boutique was a great stay, the cleaning staff was amazing, and the front end staff was very helpful in providing tips for travelling, securing taxis and all around ensuring that the stay was comfortable and pleasant. The hotel breakfast was amazing, with a vast selection of things to eat, ranging from traditional Moroccan breads, spreads and dishes, to custom omelettes that could be ordered. Coffee was great and the atmosphere was amazing. Manal, the front end director, was extremely helpful, as was Amine from the restaurant. Both ensured that our stay was the best it could have been!"

"แผนกต้อนรับดีมากที่ Moroccan House พวกเขาจองรถรับส่งสนามบินที่เชื่อถือได้สําหรับเราที่ปรากฏตรงเวลาจริง ๆ ที่ 3.45 น.! แอร์ทํางานไม่เหมือนโรงแรมอื่นใกล้ๆ  เป็นการดีที่มีตู้เย็นและสระว่ายน้ําในฤดูร้อน  โรงแรมดูเหมือน Riad ภายใน มีบุคลิกมากกว่าโรงแรมใกล้เคียงมาก และเย็นกว่ามาก  ที่สําคัญที่สุดแล้ว Moroccan House มีราคาไม่แพงกว่าโรงแรมอื่น ๆ ในพื้นที่  ขอบคุณมาก!"

"My stay at Riad Belikoss was OK, but not totally satisfying. The staff is friendly, the check in was OK. The guys at the reception (Larbi) and the boys at breakfast (rooftop) were very friendly. But the welcome drink (mint tea) was not hot. Hmmm. The room itself was not that bad, but for the price paid, the cleanliness was doubtable (see photos). Hopefully this can be cleaned better in the future if the management reads this. The breakfast was reasonable, with Orange juice, an omelette, a few pieces of fruit, a Moroccan pancake (msemmen) with chocopaste, honey and jam. I missed 2 things: yoghurt and Amlou (Moroccon peanut butter). This should be improved. And very important: my coffee was cold! They serve you black coffee in a small thermos can, but still it wasn't hot! Coffee should be really hot. Also, they served me back coffee only, and after asking they provided milk. It should be there in the first place. No salt and pepper on the table for the eggs. The amount of bread served at breakfast was small. Not too bad, but there are things to be improved. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was like 'where is the pool'? Is this it? Can't really call it a pool. Positives: The Air-conditioning was good. Room design and Riad decorations are nice. Room door (see picture) is old and green with mold. Should be replaced urgently. Curtains are not blackout, you will still have light coming in the room. Room is not sound proof but at night it was quiet There are only windows facing the inside of the building, no outside-windows, so no fresh air coming in, causing a lack of oxygen at night. If you get a very cheap room price (like less than 20 euros) it's acceptable, it's too much for this Riad. Conclusion: it's a beautiful Riad, but there are things to be improved. But Larbi is great, thank you my friend."

"В пешей доступности от жд вокзала.Персонал доброжелательный и отзывчивый.Да,отель не новый-но прекрасное соотношение цена качество.Не знаю кто пишет о грязи-бассейн чистый,в ресторане бокалы,принадлежности для еды все чистое.Напротив отеля винный магазин,что очень удобно,кафе где можно вкусно и недорого поесть.Однозначно рекомендую к посещению!"
