KK DesaiThis is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants.
We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum.
There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great.
The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us
Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals.
Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person
I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever.

NNataliBarliВ Raid Yakimur мы отдыхали с сыном. Еще до поездки подробно ответили на наши вопросы, заказали нам трансфер. При заселении напоили марокканским мятным чаем. Наш номер находился на первом этаже, выходя из номера мы сразу оказывались в красивой зоне общего пользования. Очень необычный опыт жизни в раиде. В номере комфортные кровати. Мне не хватало освещения, но это придавало определеную атмосферу. В сожалению в дни нашего пребывания завтраки на крыше были не возможны из-за погоды, но туда всегда можно было подняться и по фотографировать. Сам Raid очень атмосферный. Отзывчивый, внимательный и приятный персонал работает там. Они делали все чтоб нам было комфортно в riad. В следующий раз мы обязательно вернемся сюда вновь!

ผผู้เข้าพักAbsolutely great experience in old style. Beautiful building run by friendly people that were always ready to help. Small but cosy rooms that were kept clean everyday. Very good breakfast! Really was sorry to miss one because of early departure for a trip one day. All staff always smiling, helpful and ready to brighten your day with mint tea (even late in the evening). Very communicative, I enjoyed having some small chat with them everyday. They also have spa and hammam that was nice to try after one particularly wet and cold day. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone!

IImyyjmThe hotel looks beautiful! Even if you don't go anywhere it would be enjoyable. The location is great as it's attached to Menara Mall so everything you may need is nearby. I visited with a friend for my birthday and arrived to a very beautifully arranged room with Happy Birthday cushions and even found a cake in the room in the evening! It really made my day and I am already planning to go back! We used the spa and had a nice luxury treatment as well. The staff were very accommodating and managed to book us in and the laundry service was also very speedy. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe stay was excellent. In the heat of late July, in a hot and crowded city, Palais Moulay Said was ”our” home sweet home to return to—a cool respite between sightseeing outings. All the staff—from the reception and support teams to the bar, restaurant, and pool personnel—were consistently helpful and friendly. The convenient and tasty meals were a real plus! The rooms could have used a bit more light, but they proved very comfortable and were always clean—just like the rest of the hotel, which was always spotless.

YYIJIAวันที่เช็คอินฉันมาถึงช้ามากและบอกว่าฉันต้องการห้องที่เงียบสงบจึงถูกส่งไปที่มุมด้านในสุด เมื่อฉันเข้าประตู ผ้าม่านไม่แน่น และฉันรู้สึกแย่ยิ่งกว่าเดิม ฉันขอเปลี่ยนห้อง โชคดีที่เปลี่ยนห้องได้ค่อนข้างเร็ว แต่ห้องชั้นล่างเปลี่ยนเพราะมีระเบียงบนระเบียงชั้นสอง แสงไฟจึงไม่ค่อยดีเลย อาหารสามมื้อที่ฉันกินไม่มีวันหมดเพราะอาหารเช้าสิ้นสุดเวลา 10 โมงเช้า อาหารกลางวันและอาหารเย็นก็คล้ายกันและไม่มีอะไรจะกิน ฉันไม่เห็นอาหารทะเลใด ๆ ยกเว้นปลาย่าง รูปภาพนั้นหลอกลวง มีสถานที่ให้เล่นค่อนข้างน้อย แต่น้ำในสระอื่นที่มีสไลเดอร์นั้นเย็นจัดจึงแสดงได้เท่านั้น

Hhamid12I had a wonderful stay at Riad 16 Dar & Pool. The riad was clean, peaceful, and beautifully decorated, and the pool was a great place to relax. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Mr. Ayoub for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this riad! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

ผผู้เข้าพักWe didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.
