Dear Sofitel Marrakesh Team, As a loyal guest who has been staying at Sofitel Marrakesh for the past 15 years, I want to express my continued appreciation for the high standard of service, comfort, and hospitality your hotel consistently delivers. My experiences have always been thoroughly enjoyable, which is why I continue to return year after year. I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding the pricing for non-resident guests visiting the pool. I was surprised to see the cost set at 1000 MAD for an afternoon visit. Having recently visited several top-tier 5-star hotels in Dubai — including venues such as the Aura Skypool — I found their pool access prices significantly more reasonable, despite offering similarly or even improved premium experiences and amenities. fully appreciate the need to maintain exclusivity and quality, but I believe a more accessible pricing structure would be more suitable for guests visitors while still preserving the luxurious experience that Sofitel is known for. Convenient location, spacious room, friendly staff, nice environment, good breakfast, balcony with a view

非常值得的酒店，可以説是整個摩洛哥之行的高光時刻，每個房間都是一個獨立的Riad 庭院，服務親切但不過分熱情，除了餐食一般，環境可以説是無可挑剔。馬拉喀什其實整體都比較臟亂差，酒店內和酒店外可以説是兩個世界，如果下次再來馬拉喀什，仍舊考慮住在這裏！

Overall on par for leisure traveler but no surprising with their hospitality.  However the breakfast is outstanding.

My first time for me and my wife with the 2 kids to try All inclusive Hotel. This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotel’s staff during our stay from 5 February through 9 February 2025. The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived there. The Superb Facilities start from Warm Swimming Pool, Aqua Park, Footbal Field, Tennis Court,Basketball Court, Mini Golf, Table Tennis, Kids Playground. And also standing applause for All of Entertainment teams. The chambermaids did and outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. Additionally, the buffets served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack time were highly sumptuous as we had a hearty time indulging in the array of varieties. Thankyou, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Great resort for active families who like their sports. Includes paddle ball, full size football pitchel, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and lots of aqua activities. Good gym & indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool as well as a number of other outdoor pools. Includes VR/ gaming and arcades. Variety of entertainment. Lovely aqua park and water ropes course included for over 150cm people. The lobby bar is brilliant for coffee and amazing bakery. Also great for watching football. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Food is varied. Nice choice of non - veg like king prawns, smoked salmon, chicken kebabs, turkey steaks but can get repetitive after a few days. All inclusive drinks are good. Free shuttle bus to Medina is useful. 30 minutes away. Negative points is mainly really poor customer service, bad communication and some rude staff! Not 5 star service or attitudes! This is a number of staff from reception porters, ,bar & restaurant staff

A well maintained hotel with responsive staff. Most amenities are not provided automatically but can be requested.

バスタブがあって、オールインクルーシブなホテルを探していたらこちらを見つけました。 市内からはタクシーで80MADで、約20分かかりました。 ホテルから市内へ向かう場合のタクシーは150MADとのことです。 市内へはホテルのシャトルバスもありますが、片道1人15MADで、時間も決められているのと、当日予約は埋まっているので、タクシー利用をおすすめします。 バーカウンターやレストランにいたスタッフの方は皆さんとてもフレンドリーで、仕事もてきぱきされてました。 アメニティは、スリッパや歯ブラシ、バスローブなどは全てないです。 また、電源がヨーロッパ仕様なので、変圧器をホテル内にあるショップで80MADで購入しました。 レストラン会場は、朝食、ランチ、ディナー全てビュッフェ形式で、ワインも白、ロゼ、赤が飲み放題でした。 日本の感覚からすると、この値段でこの施設やサービスはあり得ないので、日程に余裕があるならぜひ一度宿泊することをおすすめします。
