Renovated interior with a chic look, however the toilet was pretty dark. Could do with better lightings.

We booked the Gourmet Getaway package on the day and luckily got the last room - loft room. The loft had a private entrance and balcony and was well secured and had a great fire-place, perfect for couples! Pramuk was welcoming with wonderful Japanese greetings and was very kind and friendly. Three course dinner at the Wintergarden was fantastic with great service. Breakfast at parklands was warm and delicious.

We dined in the restaurant and it was a great experience. The building is magnificent and with open fires roaring on a cold evening the atmosphere was warm and cosy. The food was fantastic. We shared an antipasto to start and it was very good. We particularly enjoyed the homemade hummus dip and later we were told the secret ingredients by very friendly chef Bill. I had the slow cooked lamb Ragu with pappardelle pasta and it was delicious. Very tasty and mouthwatering. My partner really enjoyed the richness of the beef brisket. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and recommend Hotel Etico.
