Awful service - this hotel is not worthy of even 1 star. Their staff are not trained properly and ruined our stay in Montevideo, don’t waste your money here there are plenty of better and cheaper hotels available. 1) The hotel lost our booking and blamed it on us, making us wait 30 mins at reception at 10pm at night for our room 2) The window in our room was broken, we informed them in the morning and when we came back to the hotel that evening we were informed we couldn’t open the window and it was slightly fixed but they would fix it tomorrow (no offer of compensation or apology) 3. The reception staff repeatedly ignored our phone calls when we were trying to clarify the room bill (I called at 15 min intervals for 1 hour so it was obvious they weren’t picking up our room) - never in all the hotels I have stayed at around the world have reception staff repeatedly ignored a room call, it is the worst service possible 4. They tried to charge us more than was originally agreed for our room at checkout and nearly made us miss our flight I have stayed in hotels all across South America and this was the worst service I have ever received - do yourself a favour and save the headache of the poorly trained staff and book another hotel.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel I was petrified looking at how gorgeous it is. We were really well received by Mr. Rodrigo Tango (Night Manager) that made our check-in and provided us with the BEST Hotel room I ever visited. The stay was perfect, room, view amenities, comfort, breakfast ... everything. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay some days with you!

Hotel bem simpático e agradável, onde tudo é pensado para satisfação do hóspede. Atendimento nota 10 de toda a equipe, sempre solícitos e dispostos a ajudar nas orientações turísticas e nas resoluções dos problemas. O café da manhã é farto e diversificado e ainda oferecem, de cortesia, um lanche servido das 17 às 19 horas. Água e café à vontade durante todo o dia também estão entre os diversos mimos oferecidos aos hóspedes. Acomodações limpas e confortáveis e localização muito boa. Perto da Rambla, de bons restaurantes, shopping e comércio em geral. Alguns pontos que merecem melhoria: - A ducha poderia ser mais forte e fica por cima de uma banheira antiga. Banheiro antigo que deixa a desejar se comparado ao restante do hotel. Merece uma reforma. - Espaço do café da manhã é pequeno para a quantidade dos quartos. I came to this hotel after switching from of an extremely historic boutique hotel (aka old and smelled of dust) that my travel agent put me in. This hotel had everything you would expect from a boutique hotel. The hotel has a nice vibe, friendly staff, in a trendy, safe neighborhood, rooms done mid-century modern and with many modern and thoughtful amenities. They have those fancy toto bidets, outlets everywhere, good water pressure and beautiful views of the beach from your bed. The only thing missing was being able to open and close the curtains from the push of a button. The breakfast is plentiful with a good selection of breads, fruits and yogurts and a few hot dishes. They have many restaurants within walking distance or a short taxi ride away.
