ทําเลดีเยี่ยมพนักงานเป็นมิตรและมีประสิทธิภาพ สระว่ายน้ําสวยและสะดวกสบาย เลือกที่ฉลาดห้ามสูบบุหรี่บริเวณสระว่ายน้ําผมจะต้องกลับไปที่โรงแรมนี้อย่างแน่นอน บางทีสิ่งเดียวที่ผมควรปรับปรุงคือเมนูรูมเซอร์วิสและสระว่ายน้ํา ดีแต่ตัวเลือกน้อยมากๆ หนึ่งอย่าง สลัดหนึ่งชิ้นเนื้อหนึ่งวินาทีและถ้าจําขนมหวานสองอย่างไม่ดี ห้องพักกว้างขวางและทันสมัย เฟอร์นิเจอร์สวยงามและสไตล์หรูหรา ห้องพักมีเสียงรบกวนดีไม่มีผู้เข้าพักรู้สึกจากห้องอื่นๆ กุญแจมาส่งพร้อมบัตร Marseille ที่พับ และ password Wi-Fi ไว้ตอนเช็คอิน เป็นไอเดียที่ดีมากและใช้งานได้ดี มีน้ําจืดให้ขวดตรงทางเข้า งแรม สะดวกสบาย สบายมาก สบายใจ สบายใจมาก ช่วงที่ไปเข้าใช้บริการสระว่ายน้ํา จบที่ 1 บางที คงขยายเป็น 2 เพื่อให้คนที่เดินทางมาเที่ยว Marseille เพื่อทํางาน มาอาบน้ํา ช่วงท้ายๆ อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างเยอะและในยุโรป1มีครบทุกอย่างนิดหน่อย!!! Neo salumi ผมจะเพิ่มหมูตัวจืดนิดหน่อยและโมซาเรลนใส่ชีสบ้าง ไม้ก็ดีและสดๆ ผลไม้ตัดไปแล้ว 1 อย่าง ปฏิบัติมาติกัน2 โยเกิร์ต น้ําผึ้ง เนยถั่ว มัณฑะเลย์ ขนมปัง ชนิดต่างๆ 3 แค่นิดเดียว ทุกอย่าง!!! มีเครื่องส่งเครื่องดื่มประเภทต่างๆ สามารถเลือกได้ตั้งแต่กาแฟแบบ Classic Italian Express ไปจนถึง American coffee หรือช็อคโกแลตร้อนดีๆ ก็ได้ ใช้งานได้ดีมาก อีกทั้งคุณยังได้มีโอกาสได้ดื่มน้ําร้อนสักถ้วยเพื่อดื่มชาที่ดี อีกอย่าง ที่สําคัญถ้ากลับมาดึก ประตูmaster คอยเฝ้าระวังและใส่ใจเสมอ คุณไม่เสี่ยงที่จะอยู่ข้างนอกรอ ลิฟท์รวดเร็วและใช้งานได้ดีมาก โรงแรมสะอาดและต้อนรับและโดยทั่วไปบรรยากาศที่คุณสูดอากาศ สถานที่ตั้งสวยงาม เพียงไม่กี่นาทีจากท่าเรือเก่า ไม่อย่างนั้นคุณจะไปชายหาดคาตาลันทันที โดยที่คุณสามารถเดินในมุมที่ยอดเยี่ยม1 อาจจะจากบางห้องเห็นเกาะฟุลิลู่ด้วย2 สิ่งที่เพิ่มเติม3 live the New Hotel!!!!

โรงแรมอยู่ในทำเลที่ดี ตรงข้ามท่าเรือเก่าของมาร์เซย์ ค่าแท็กซี่จากสถานีรถไฟประมาณ 10 ยูโร และใช้เวลาประมาณ 10 นาที นอกจากนี้ยังใกล้กับสถานีขนส่ง มีร้านอาหารให้เลือกมากมายใกล้กับโรงแรม รวมถึงร้านขายอุปกรณ์สำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวที่ขายสบู่ Marseille อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมมีไม่เยอะ แต่รสชาติโอเค ยกเว้นแปรงสีฟันและรองเท้าแตะ เครื่องใช้ในห้องน้ำอื่น ๆ ในห้องรวมทั้งกาต้มน้ำ ไม่สามารถใช้ปลั๊กแปลงไฟที่คุณนำมา ท่านสามารถยืมได้ที่แผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรมและบัตรเครดิตรับประกัน มีห้องสมุดหน้าโรงแรมซึ่งเหมาะสำหรับลูกค้ามาพักผ่อน มีน้ำและคุกกี้ให้ โดยรวมแล้วเป็นทางเลือกที่ดีมาก

The standards are not meet any expectations for 4 stars, especially for such a big chain like Accor it should be much higher than this. Everything in the classic room category is old and super dated: furniture is broken, the bed sheets are yellow from the numerous washings, sagging mattress, chipped doors, walls, wholes in the curtains, dirty chair and sofa (literally with the stains and scratches). Frankly speaking, don’t feel like to touch the surfaces. It feels like in a hostel room, 2 light spots in the room only, so just go to sleep after the sunset. Shower tap has an issue with the water mixer: it’s cold then suddenly it is very hot. Maybe it was a normal hotel with adequate level of cleanness, but it was 15 years ago, maybe more. The hotel desperately needs to be renovated asap. I got checked-in and went to my room, after first glance I realized there is completely nothing, only towels and liquid soap available. No bathrobes, no slippers, no simple electric kettle. AC doesn’t work (outside temperature is +23 C). Reception button on the phone not working. The number of reception written on the fire-alarm sign is wrong (just for another hotel). In case of emergency just help yourself. To make the story short, the reception offered me upgrade to Sofitel (next door 5-star-hotel, under the same hospitality group). They called me in 10 min and informed me that this “upgrade” will cost me 300€ per night instead of regular 400€. Basically, I was offered upgrade for my own money. Brilliant solution and after-sales service! Just a quick note I pay for my current stay in Novotel 186€ per night (special rate for Accor members fully prepaid 1 month in advance). After that I got a traditional excuse that all hotels in the city are fully booked. The next excuse was that the country where I came from has higher standards for the same category hotels :) and the French standards are like this. I love France and I know very well what I can expect. Firstly, I am not first time in France, secondly, even during this trip I stayed 4 nights in Cannes, but these two stays are completely different like night and day. Also I was offered to get a refund and just go and look for another hotel. Speechless. I am on my holidays, and my stay at M****ille is ruined completely.

We chose this hotel given that it offers parking on site and it is well positioned, close to the port and other landmarks, but yet away from all the chaos and traffic. If you have high expectations and looking for North American standards of a 4 star hotel, this is definitely not the place to stay at. We spent most of the time touring the city and its surroundings, so we did not need many amenities and were not bothered with things that were missing or not working. Some of the high points of this hotel were: location (residential and quiet area), onsite gated parking, very peaceful and you cold barely hear other guests, lots of nice trees and plants around the property, comfortable bed, outdoor pool, beach/pool towels, wardrobes and slippers are provided, good wifi, mini fridge stocked with water and pop, very helpful and friendly staff. The low points were: getting to the hotel can be a bit tricky as the entrance is not marked properly. You have to turn into Rue des Flots Bleus to access reception - parking is right behind the gate in front of the reception. Streets are very narrow and bigger cars can be challenging to manoeuvre. We arrived at 5:30 pm and our room was still not ready. We opted for Privilege room, but is was extremely small and dark (ground floor). Wardrobe was size of a kitchen cabinet and there was no space for suitcases. There was no work desk, but only a small round table and one chair. Shower and sink drainage was not very good and there was a very odd smell. There was no iron/ironing board in the room. Some of the lightbulbs were not working. Pool/beach towels could not be changed for clean/dry ones. Breakfast was a bit limited. Scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon were served from very small pans and would not get replenished regularly. There were many pigeons landing on outdoor tables and chairs. Coffee served outside breakfast hours is not free. Pool loungers are limited and by the afternoon they are all taken. The grounds could be kept in the better shape. We would not recommend this hotels for longer stays.

แม้ว่าการเข้าพักของเราจะดีแต่เราประสบการ์ณที่แย่มาก พี่เขยลืมจารึกไว้ในห้องพัก เค้าได้ทิ้งไว้ที่พื้นใกล้กําแพงและตอนเช้าเมื่อวาดผ้าม่านเปิด จารึกซ่อนอยู่ด้านหลังเลยไม่เห็น พนักงานก็พูดจาดี ๆ มาถึงจุดหมายปลายทางของโรงแรมถัดไป (Nguyen Ville-Loubet) เค้าก็รู้ว่าแผ่นจารึกนั้นเหลืออยู่ใน Toyoko-Inn เลยโทรหาโรงแรมทันทีและเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยบอกไม่พบจารึกใดๆ เค้าไปเช็คเองว่าห้องที่ปรากฎว่าว่างเปล่าเพราะไม่มีแขกอยู่ในห้องนั้นในคืนนั้น เค้าก็บอกพี่เขยว่าไม่เจออะไร เราโทรหาโรงแรมอีกวันรุ่งขึ้นและเราก็ได้คําตอบเดิมๆ เราส่งอีเมล์ไปให้ผู้จัดการโรงแรมเท่านั้นถึงได้คําตอบเดิม เนื่องจากไม่มีแขกคนอื่นในห้องนั้น ปรากฏว่ามีแต่คนจากโรงแรมเข้ามา เราไม่สามารถเชื่อว่าแผ่นจารึกจะหายไปได้โดยไม่ต้องมีการแทรกแซงของมนุษย์เราจึงสงสัยว่ามีคนจากทางโรงแรมพบแต่ไม่ได้ส่งไปให้ที่แผนกต้อนรับ เรื่องนี้ทําให้วันพักผ่อนที่เหลือของเราและทิ้งรสชาติขมๆ ไว้ในปากเรา ฉันส่งข้อร้องเรียนไปยังสํานักงานท่องเที่ยวใน M****ils แต่พวกเขาตอบฉันไม่ได้เพราะเป็นวันหยุดราชการ! เลย ถ้าพักโรงแรมนั้น double and triple check your room ก่อนออกเพราะถ้าลืมของมีค่ามากกว่านั้นแน่นอนจะไม่หายหรือชดเชย

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet établissement de M****ille et c'est véritablement un petit bijou. La décoration de l'hôtel est un mélange parfaitement réussi d'éléments anciens et de design récent. C'est toujours d'un bon goût et donne une ambiance générale luxueuse mais également intimiste. L'accueil est très professionnel et fort aimable. Ici, le service est en harmonie avec les lieux et le standing: discret et jamais intrusif et parfaitement efficace. De l'arrivée au départ c'est excellent. Bravo à tout le personnel de toutes la catégories. La chambre est belle, design avec plein de petits éléments bien pensés. Tout était parfaitement propre et sans reproche. J'aurais aimé peut être un literie un peu plus ferme, mais c'est très subjectif. Le Spa est joli et permet une pause détente agréable. Nous avons pris un apéro au bar et les cocktails étaient délicieux ! Le petit déjeuner du matin était peut être le point le plus fort: un buffet très varié, avec même des petits plats cuisinés. Un multitude de gateaux maison, des produits de qualité et de plus, en ce jour d'épiphanie, des couronnes des rois ! Quelle classe ! Merci à l'hôtel C2 pour cette paranthèse agréable dans la cité phocéenne.
