เจอโรงแรมนี้เพราะทุกอย่างที่ใกล้ใจกลางเมืองได้ถูกจองไว้ในวันที่ ตั้งอยู่ในย่าน Chamartín เป็นย่านที่พักอาศัยที่ดี มีร้านอาหาร และ shopping มากมาย อยู่ไม่ไกลมากนัก อาจจะไม่ใช่ทําเลที่ดีที่สุดสําหรับนักท่องเที่ยวสําหรับผมในฐานะนักธุรกิจมันดูดีมาก ถ้าไม่สามารถเดินไปสถานที่ที่ต้องไปและไม่ได้นํารถมาก็มีสถานีเมโทรอยู่ห่างออกไปประมาณ 5 นาที อีกด้วย หาแท็กซี่หรืออูเบอร์ก็ง่ายและสะดวก ที่จอดรถก็จองเต็มแต่จัดการจอดริมถนนให้เรียบร้อย อย่าลืมให้อาหารมิเตอร์! มีที่จอดรถสาธารณะใหญ่ๆ ใกล้ๆ ด้วย ทางโรงแรมจะให้ป้ายบอกทาง ห้องพักของผมทันสมัยและสะดวกสบายด้วยวิวเมืองที่สวยงาม หันหน้าไปทาง Castellana และบางบล็อกอพาร์ทเม้นท์ โรงแรมแอร์ไม่ได้มาตรฐานเท่าโรงแรม Marriott ดังนั้นผมจึงให้การเข้าพักของผม 5 ดาว บนพื้นฐานนั้น เตียงของฉันนอนสบายมากห้องน้ําก็กว้างและใช้งานได้ดีมีมินิบาร์และเครื่องชงกาแฟอินเทอร์เน็ตก็ฟรีและเร็วพอเพียง ฉันมีโต๊ะทํางานและปลั๊กเพียงพอที่จะชาร์จเครื่องใช้ต่างๆ ่จ่ายไปหน่อยตามความชอบแต่ก็คุ้มค่ามาก ผมเดินไปCorte Ingles ที่มีระดับดีงามจริงๆ ไม่ไกลมาก และยังไปร้านอาหารด้วย สําหรับอาหารเช้า ผมเสี่ยงเข้าไปในถนนที่อยู่อาศัยหลังโรงแรมก็เจอบาร์สเปนทั่วไปนิดหน่อย พนักงานโรงแรมเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ตรงล็อบบี้มีโต๊ะทํางานใหญ่ให้ผมเห็นตัวเองมีประชุมกับเพื่อนร่วมงานในบรรยากาศสบายๆ ไว้จะไปอีกครั้งแน่นอน

ผมพึ่งกลับมาจากทริปมาดริด 2 คืนกับเพื่อนสําหรับไก่ของฉัน โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากสนามบินเพียง 15 นาที ใกล้สถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน และอยู่ในย่านที่ดี ๆ ห้องพักทันสมัยและสะอาดฝักบัวที่ดีมากและบาร์และสระว่ายน้ําบนดาดฟ้ายอดเยี่ยมโดยเฉพาะเวลามัน 37 องศา! งออย่างเดียวคือเก้าอี้ VIP ราคาแพงเกินไปทําให้ไม่มีใครใช้ในระหว่างที่เราอยู่นั้น ถ้าทางโรงแรมอนุญาตให้จ่ายค่าเงิน nominal ตราบใดที่คุณใช้จ่ายเงินจํานวน X ในการดื่ม นั่นก็ดูยุติธรรมกว่านี้ ไว้จะกลับมาอีก หวังว่า!

โรงแรมของเราที่ Crisol Via Castellana ก็โอเค แต่ไม่มีอะไรมากกว่านี้ - บอกตามตรง คาดหวังมากกว่านี้โดยเฉพาะจากโรงแรม 4 ดาว เริ่มต้นด้วยสิ่งดีๆ : การบริการโอเค อาหารเช้าดีมาก และรถไฟใต้ดิน และรถบัสก็อยู่หน้าโรงแรมเลย ( ยังไงยังต้องนั่งรถไฟคนละ 2 ขบวน เพื่อไปสถานที่ดังๆ ก็ตาม ) ขึ้นอยู่กับห้องพักที่คุณสามารถมองเห็นวิวด้านบนของถนนซึ่งสามารถเพลิดเพลินได้ คุณจะได้รับช็อกโกแลตและเครื่องสําอางที่น่ารักๆ มาบ้างเมื่อมาถึงห้องพัก อย่างไรก็ตามโรงแรมต้องการการปรับปรุงจริงๆ ! เริ่มจากล็อบบี้ที่มีแค่โซฟาเก่าและสกปรกวางอยู่บ้าง ภายในและออกแบบได้แบบสบายๆ มากกว่านี้ ห้องพักทําให้ฉันผิดหวังจริงๆ !! เราจองเตียง king size หนึ่งเตียงและได้เตียงเดี่ยวสองเตียง ตู้เซฟใช้ไม่ได้ น้ําในฝักบัวเปลี่ยนจากร้อนไปเย็นเร็วมาก ประตูและชั้นวางของส่วนใหญ่ชํารุดและดูถูกใช้มาก สรุปคงไม่เลือกโรงแรมอีกถ้าปรับปรุงใหม่

แม้ว่าเราจะพัก 1 คืน แต่เราก็สบายมาก พนักงานต้อนรับที่เป็นมิตรมาก ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือเมื่อโทรหาลูกค้าความสนใจไม่มีใครตอบ เรามั่นใจว่าเราจะกลับมา ☺️

Please Avoid this place. It is cheap but nothing else! I stayed here checked into the receiption which is 24 hours after my working day. The place is near the metro cuatro caminos (a mainly poorer area of Madrid with lots of south american population). The area does have a 24 hour supermarket which was good as the hostal has no food/drink facilities. The room was a very small single bed as I was alone on an education course for my job. The room had a fan and tv and a small table. Once you switch off the light the fan goes off so you cannot sleep with the fan on at night with 39c heat. you cannot leave the window open as its not a safe place. The first moment I checked in, i quickly went outside to get air and get the metro outside. They checked in a drunk african man at 6pm in the evening who was walking up the stairs with a can of beer unable to walk or see anything (their is no lift to the rooms) you need to walk up around 50 stairs to the rooms. They take anyone from the streets if they pay the small charge to stay here. Second day, the two receiptionists or owners were fighting over money from the hotel they were shouting and getting agressive. Its was an uncomfortable situation to see. I left and came back after work for a shower and the room had not been cleaned. They said you didnt put a badge on the door saying clean my room. Couldnt they knock and say something? Very strange way of working? The next day I put the badge clean my room but NO nothing changed. It was an excuse.. Then I went and complained he didnt speak any English and didnt want to know he said the cleaners left and nothing he can do. I pulled off the bedsheets, but the bed protector was badly stained with blood and I also got a skin rash. I left the property 1 day early, it was disgusting. The toilets were not cleaned either and insects were crawling everywhere. This place should be closed down immediately. They dont take security or cleaning seriously, they dont want to know problems only take your money. I explained to Expedia about this place but the hotel denied everything. SHAME!!!

I was here for business. A very ordinary room. They were warm November days but the hotel could not put the airco on due to the month or policy, no idea. But it was unpleasant so slept very badly in the heat. Room was clean but old and dull so nothing to write home about, especially the bathroom. The breakfast was in a room downstairs. Ok spread I guess but the room was not cosy and without windows. Staff were polite.

A very comfy sleep in the centre of Madrid-Good mattress and chair to work This hotel is only one star, but the quality is medium/high. I booked a double bed and a private bathroom; the price is around 100 euros, which I think is expensive, but it may be the usual price in Madrid for one star hotels. The location is convenient for Line 1, the blue line and stop ”Estrecho”; L1 stops at Atocha, the high/speed station. The ride is approximately 30 minutes. The personnel are very kind and helpful. I was able to check in early since I needed to work. The room is small, but the bed has a nice size. It is very clean. However, it is difficult to keep up the highest standards since the floor is white and there were some hairs on the floor. I had a very good sleep; The quality of the mattress is excellent, and people are respectful and quiet, even though there are some common areas for guests who share bedrooms or other amenities. The chair in the bedroom is very comfy to work on. I managed to work for eight hours. All the furniture is of high standards, overall. There is complimentary tea and decaf coffee the whole day round. On the bad side, the breakfast was not great. The quality of the products is not good, for example, bread, jam (low-calories), pastries, or juices, which are not fruit natural juices. There are not too many options. The breakfast should start earlier than 8 am, above all for guests who are on business. I do not think guests should wash their dishes, but rinse them and allocate them in the dishwasher since they are using the same sponge, and after COVID-19, this practice should be avoided for further illnesses. The coffee machine provides coffee but is not of such good quality. It does not come hot enough. The quality of the towels is not good. They are old and do not dry properly. I think it is essential to have recycling bins, in particular, since guests are booking to sleep and they cook and prepare their food. The coffee machine does not allow you to reuse your glass, which is a shame as per providing a new glass with a plastic spoon every time you want a coffee. I tried to press the option ”no glass”, but it will not work. It seems that everything goes in the same bin. The shower has low pressure and two taps. It is not easy to reach quick and warm water. The head is not mobile, so girls bring your shower cap. The quality of the shower gel is nice. Very fashionable!!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in February. We would never stay here again. In terms of facilities and comfort, we had a pleasant stay. Our bedroom was large, clean, and well-furnished, and the adjoining gym and spa is fantastic. We opted for a VIP stay, meaning we were on the VIP floor (the highest floor – 15), and this included a VIP lounge, and free gym and spa access. Unfortunately, our stay at this otherwise decent hotel was overshadowed by a theft from our room. One afternoon, whilst we were at the gym, I had a €50 note stolen from my wallet, which had been left in our hotel room. I only realised a few hours later when we were out for dinner. When we traced back our day, and our spending, it became clear the money could only have gone missing when my wallet had been left unattended in the room for 4 hours. The theft of the money is not hugely fundamental. (We were planning to leave a much bigger tip for the hotel staff than a mere €50.) The sad reality, however, was that our trust and safety had been compromised. We no longer felt safe to leave valuables in our room. We felt violated, and our trust in the hotel had been breached. This incident was made worse by the poor way it was dealt with by the Guest Relations Manager, Paul Cozma. Paul approached us during breakfast the next morning. He said he wanted to resolve the issue and repair our trust in the hotel. He asked us for ideas on how to fix the problem. We couldn’t think of anything at the time, but a few hours later we suggested the hotel arrange a free taxi for us back to the airport later in the week (€30). This would have been a nice gesture. Later that same day, Paul and the hotel rejected our suggestion. In the end, the hotel failed to do or offer anything. We had asked Paul whether anyone from the hotel had accessed our room between 12pm and 4pm on the day in question. (The room had already been cleaned at 11am.) Paul told us, yes – a member of staff had entered our room between those times. However, this member of staff was a “long established and trusted employee who had worked at the hotel for 30 years”. Consequently, nothing was done. No questions asked. No investigation. No apology. To his credit, Paul Cozma was always polite and respectful. However, for a ‘Guest Relations Manager’ Paul has no power or influence to maintain or repair guest relations. On the day we were leaving, Paul even admitted to us that he had failed to offer any solutions or take any action regarding the theft from our room. Having read the reviews on Tripadvisor, we noticed that other people have had similar experiences. Whilst staying at the hotel, other guests have had money stolen from their rooms. We cannot recommend staying at this hotel, therefore and we would encourage readers of this review to think twice. Ask yourself this: if multiple guests at this hotel have reported money being stolen from their rooms, most likely by the hotel’s own staff – with the hotel failing to
