Loved the room and the breakfast. Location was great. Staff was friendly and efficient and spoke English. We were in 306 with a view of the street and the plaza. Maybe bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. It's nice to open the windows for ventilation but the church bells ring all night on the quarter hour. It didn't keep me awake but I could see it maybe being a problem for other people. With the windows closed there's no sound at all. Nice property, great condition, lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel and room is exactly what you expect – clean, relatively modern and meets a specific expectation. Wittenburg is a wonderful town to visit and explore – especially for history fans.

Hotel liegt in Bahnhof- und Gleisnähe, bei nahezu stündlichem Zugverkehr laut. Vor allem nachts, bei geöffnetem Fenster. Die historische Altstadt ist fußläufig bequem zu erreichen. Personal (trotz zusätzlicher Corona-Belastung) moderat u. hilfsbereit, bessert auf Wunsch das Frühstück auf, das sonst pro Person zugeteilt wird und für normalen Hunger ausreicht. So weit also alles i.O. - bis auf die Chefin, sie ist im Umgang ein wenig problematisch. Wegen Corona evtl. leicht überfordert. Fahrradschuppen bei starker Hotelfrequenz zu eng, kein Ladeanschluss für E-Bikes.
