"早餐相對比較豐盛，和樓下的餐廳合作，早餐加錢小童可以免費。有薯餅，兩三種雞蛋（不用單點），就像國內那種。咖啡機沒有摩卡，其它還好。 小童床被套忘記套了，是梳化床，不是傳統的床墊。因入住較晚，沒有專門清潔人員負責套床套，工作人員第一時間幫忙套了被套（也有不仔細，比如把被套放地上——幸好被我及時制止了大部分） 窗簾的紗簾架子很容易掉，是英國那種簡易型不釘牆的。據説整家酒店窗户不能開，但通風可以。 體驗一般般吧……"

"Booking was quite easy and they also allowed us to check in earlier just by signing onto Marriott Bonvoy. Also helped us leave our luggage with them before we actually departed. Location-wise, close to Glasgow Queen St station and the high street. Most of the staff are friendly and easy to communicate, and always keen to help out. Food is a tad overpriced, but it’s alright. Needs more vegan, halal/kosher options however. View from the room wasn’t that great but they provide you with clean towels and good quality toiletries, albeit no shaving or brushing kits. The lounge area in the bar is quite great with lots of activities (work desk, English pool, Photo Booth, arcade station). One issue was that we’d asked for some clean towels one night which weren’t delivered despite the promises."

"Has all the basics, perfect for a solo traveller. Small compact room with double bed. Great location in the heart of Glasgow, perfect for walking around and near to train stations to visit other places. No wardrobe, limited hanging space on the wall, so not great for long stays."

"The Motel is nice but the breakfast wasn’t that good for the extra price. There are no amenities and the room is quite small. There is no desk in the room. It is in a great location but I should have researched a bit more to understand there was no gym and not much in the room."

"Location, cleanliness & staff were fantastic. Just a couple of things, as it’s in a noisy area the curtains really need replacing with some blackout ones - also was a bit of a shame we could hear the people upstairs walking around - otherwise was a great huge studio with a comfortable bed, and everything supplied for the kitchenette.  Also the small gym is awesome!"

"Service was quick and good. Room service good. Left my own house keys when I checked out and staff on phone were very helpful in locating them and holding them for collection. Will use again"
