Average at best, the king sized room we stayed in was not 4-star quality by any means. Uncomfortable bed, outdated room, and weird random iron burn on the carpet that hadn’t been fixed.
The proximity to the airport and the waitstaff at breakfast were very nice, but I wouldn’t stay again.

I stayed in one of the Executive rooms overlooking the garden. Room was huge! Bathroom was spacious too. Quiet street, easy parking, beautiful facade. Bed was comfy, slightly on the stiff side. Pillows were good. Check in and check out were flawless!

Very nice room and staff. Large, spacious room. Room was warm and cozy when we came in which was great since it was raining and chilly all day. Room service was quick and very good! Crème brûlée is a must!

Lots of stairs and no lift, but a beautiful place. Upgraded our room to a suite so had tons of room. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Wow, great stay in the castle! The grounds are beautifully maintained, staff friendly and helpful, and the surrounding neighbourhood is also lovely. Easy 5 min walk to grab quick 5-10 min train into downtown.

I was a bit disappointed with the room for the price it struck me as being a bit more like "servants garret" however the room was otherwise comfortable, if basic. The food was good and the staff excellent... good location
