"房間挺大的，oiishi很美味預約了兩次，晚上九點半後可以walk in！就是這個預約制不太舒服，需要早上九點定鬧鐘定，而且過了九分鐘就訂完了。 還有一個問題就是酒店離沙灘有一段位置需要坐shuttle bus導致我三天就去了一次沙灘哈哈哈。 酒店裡服務都很不錯晚上一直有room service蠻好吃的！！！記得備點小費給他們5刀屋子就超級超級乾淨！最後就是帶點嗓子葯可能是酒店水的問題，每次喝完飲品嗓子都很不舒服，斥巨資買了一些嗓子葯哈哈哈哈"

"Sono stato due volte in questo resort hotel.. in bassa stagione avevo pagato intorno 150$ a notte.. qui a dicembre troppo tipo 450$ a notte.. comunque hotel pazzesco! Posizione perfetta perché davanti La Isla mall.. camere spaziose e pulite.. personale gentile.. i cocktail in piscina e il mangiare secondo me prezzi altini.. anche la spa ha prezzi alti.. comunque sta cosa che sei in Messico e hanno prezzi tipo in Europa non la capisco"

"I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!"

"We enjoyed our stay here! Our private room was spacious and as pictured. The hostel in general is beautiful, so much green, plants, open, beautiful pool and so on, such a little slice of paradise.  BUT… The bathroom STINKS though, like sewage or something. Even keeping the bathroom windows open all day doesn’t help. That was a let down. The kitchen also needs to be cleaned, there’s crusty dishes and silverware and ants scurrying across countertops. The kitchen would be great but it needs to be cleaned!   There’s tons of restaurants around, close to Mercado  23 and 28, only a 10 minute walk from the ADO station so a nice area to explore overall. They have trips I wish I would’ve taken advantage of, like $70 to see Tulum, Cobá and Playa de Carmen so definitely take advantage! There’s very few trips at that price to see all that.  Also I saw other travelers say there’s not much or a vibe here and feels a little ghostly and I agree. But I knew that going and and me and my sister were like great; we’ll have the place to ourselves and we kinda did 😄 we stayed for 3 days but wasn’t really a place to make friends or meet other travelers… ppl stayed to themselves to with their friends."

"We took our family vacation to cancun and stayed at Krystal Grand Cancun. We booked an all inclusive package which was amazing as we could eat at any of the 5 restaurants for free and drink for free. The 24 hour restaurants provided pastries 24 hours a day which is convenient as we had tours that ended after midnight. Room service was good and the daily cleaning services kept the rooms cleaned. The beat service is the direct access to the beach with free towels and beach tents meant more time relaxing enjoying the beautiful carribean sea"

"There is an important thing I have to mention here. Hope everyone is aware this situation before you book the hotel. Trip.com misled me about the price and what included when I booked my room. There were some room types without breakfast or meals. I tried to call the hotel to verify because they’re supposed an all inclusive hotel. I found out I’m right. No matter what room type you paid for. It supposed all inclusive package but trip.com tried to mark up more for the price in order to confuse people if they want to get all inclusive packages. Pros : 1. All the restaurants are good but they have specific schedule. You have to check which restaurants are opened everytime. 2. The room was clean and the view was stunning. 3. The room has a small place for room service. Cons : 1. There were lots of salespeople around the lobby. They always try to sell their club membership. Especially, the first day when you checked in. They are pretty aggressive though. 2. Location is a little far from the main street. 3.It’s a party so you can always hear loud music during the day until 10:00pm. Just pick somewhere else if you’re not a party person."

"Good place in hotels zone. Food supply and service timely. the only thing to be improved is the wet stairs , it’s pretty slippery without any protection stuffs on the ground, only caution sign there. Be careful when walking to the canteen. No fitness room."
