The staff at the reception and throughout the hotel were incredibly attentive and helpful. We had two rooms arranged as a family suite, which were prepared especially for us. We didn’t experience any issues and were very satisfied with our stay."

"Outstanding Stay at Rixos Tersane Istanbul My stay at Rixos Tersane Istanbul was absolutely amazing. The hotel truly exceeded all expectations in every aspect. The room size, stunning views, exceptional service, room dining, coffee quality, and restaurants are all top-tier and among the best choices you could ask for. The breakfast buffet deserves special praise — it offers a huge variety of options, covering all tastes and preferences, with high quality and excellent presentation. There is something for everyone. The hotel’s location is perfect. It is directly in front of a large mall with many popular brands such as Alo, Lululemon, Victoria’s Secret, Nike, Sephora, and many others. Right in front of the hotel, there are also excellent restaurants like Um Shereef, BigChefs, and more. Express Lab is conveniently located next door as well. One of the highlights was the beautifully decorated area for New Year and seasonal themes. This area is lively and charming, with many coffee and food shops offering a wide and delicious range of choices — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. I would like to give a special thank you to PR Kubra for her warm welcome, kind words, and clear explanation of the hotel’s features. Fatih for checking in and accommodating all my requests, I also want to thank Emirkan for his proactive attitude and excellent support, making our check-out process very easy and smooth. Definitely, Rixos Tersane Istanbul will be my first choice every time I visit Istanbul. Highly recommended!"

The restaurant staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help us,five star service from them.Get yourself a taxi app so you don't get caught by the firms looking for tourists,you should pay no more than 300 lira from ist Airport."
