"We booked this hotel 15 days in advance and paid for our room beforehand.
The booking clearly mentioned a Standard Double Room with a balcony, AC, window, garden view and landmark view.
But when we arrived, we were told that our booked room was “not available,” even though we had already paid.
They first gave us a very small, dark room with no balcony, which was completely different from what we booked.
After a long argument, they offered a Superior Room with a balcony, but asked us to pay €15 extra per night.
This was extremely frustrating and felt like unnecessary harassment.
After I showed them the booking details and explained that I would make a complaint, they finally gave us exactly the room shown in our original booking photos.
This made no sense—if the room was supposedly unavailable, how did it suddenly become available?
The whole situation was very disappointing and unprofessional.
I strongly recommend that guests double-check their room details and be prepared to stand up for their booking rights."
