A very good hotel , we had a suites with a wondrefull balcony(very big room) . Breakfast very good, with goog quality products. 3-4 types of cheese . good coffee. It would be apreciate if it were available a cremant or cava on the breakfast, also some fresh vegetable (only cucumber available). Excelent fresh bread, pastry, good cofee. From the location by foot is about 20 minutes untill reach the old port, by the tram about 10 min. overall highly recommendable hotel.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing rest. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was very convenient, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful despite being busy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Disappointing stay for a 4-star hotel. On my first night, the air conditioning didn’t work for the whole hotel and the room was around 25°C, making it very uncomfortable. The front desk was not helpful and no solution to be provided when I reported the issue. The pool and cleanliness is ok. Overall, not up to the expected standard.

The staff at reception and during breakfast were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. The breakfast itself was also enjoyable with a good selection of options.   However, we were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the common areas. The hallway leading to the rooms was not vacuumed for several days, and a used cotton pad remained there for three days before being removed. This gave an overall impression of neglect.   While our room was spacious and comfortable, the linens and towels were worn and in need of replacement. It would greatly improve the experience if these were renewed. Additionally, the corridor could have been better maintained and cleaned more thoroughly to meet basic hygiene standards.
