匆忙訂的酒店，看到攜程4.5分就訂了 環境：首先酒店的位置非常方便就在老港，窗外能看到碼頭，景色ok，出門交通比較便利，離火車站很近。工作人員服務很熱情周到，五星服務 以下是給注重衞生的朋友參考： 酒店衞生差強人意，衞生是我最注重的住宿要求。設施並不匹配價格 和 四星的標準。比如，其實房間牆上的材料需要更換或翻新了，不止是老舊，牆底處有明顯的污垢，躺在床上看到很不舒服。吹風機上一拿出來，積灰嚴重。馬桶內壁視覺上泛黃，讓人不想使用。 窗户正對港口，但是窗簾基本沒什麼遮光功能。單層布料，還是非常鮮艷的顏色，醒來會被亮醒

The location is perfect! I booked a deluxe room, was arranged a shower room but later changed to a room with bathtub. Absolutely love the room! Specious, modern bathroom, oversees the old port. Staff are super friendly. Amazing stay with no doubt.

The room was extremely spacious, and the bathroom was also very large. It was very comfortable to stay here. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk to the old port. The only downside was the hot water situation: after one person showered in the evening, there was no hot water left, so the second person could not shower. This might be due to a limited hot water tank or the system stopping at a certain time. There were no staff on duty in the evening, so it was not possible to get assistance, and this issue was not mentioned before check-in.

Cleaning ladies were demonstrating 53 days in front of the hotel when I arrived. The rotating door was covered with mud and confetti, while the black women danced to loud African beats. A complete shock! They continued during my stay… The front desk was super helpful after I contacted their manager. My flight was delayed and I arrived a day late so they managed to modify my reservation without extra payment. My card didn’t work so I gave a cash deposit and they sent me an email when my suitcase that had been delayed arrived (so as not to wake me up). The housekeeping was average- twice they didn’t restock the water. Once they forgot a cleaning chemical. Another time they didn’t restock the decaffeinated capsules. Also they could have been more generous with the toilet paper. It’s the very thin recycled one, that goes fast. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant spacious, with a garden overlooking the marina. The room was large, modern and quiet, with an amazing view of the harbor, including both sunsets and sunrises! I even saw the incredible half an hour long fireworks for Bastille day right under my window! The bed is big and comfortable, pillows a bit too soft, lighting is good but there are no toiletries (which was initially problematic due to the lost luggage). Room service wasn’t available the only night that I wanted to order it - due to Bastille day celebrations. The QR code don’t work on my phone so I had to call the reception to order. Also there was no alcoholic drinks listed, plus I had no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy my holiday. The hotel doesn’t have a spa, which is a shame. So I made a reservation online and got a massage in the Hammam spa a few minutes from the hotel)very expensive and not great). The closest one to the hotel was closed. The pool is gorgeous but in another building which requires another elevator to be taken at the ground floor. A bit of a hassle…The gym is basic but good. Gets pretty busy and dirty at the end of the day. There are many nice restaurants nearby and even a small Proxi shop. There is a bus stop 1min away, that goes to the Terrace du Port. And the taxi conveniently dropped me off right in front of the hotel. The Mucem and Cosquer caves visible from the hotel, are a bit pleasant 25min walk away and the well worth the visit. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would come again if the above issues were resolved.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing rest. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was very convenient, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful despite being busy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly during check-in and check-out. Excellent location with a large parking garage around the corner. The room was modern and very comfortable and the hotel has many amenities like a pool and spa. The breakfast was fantastic.

The staff at reception and during breakfast were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. The breakfast itself was also enjoyable with a good selection of options.   However, we were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the common areas. The hallway leading to the rooms was not vacuumed for several days, and a used cotton pad remained there for three days before being removed. This gave an overall impression of neglect.   While our room was spacious and comfortable, the linens and towels were worn and in need of replacement. It would greatly improve the experience if these were renewed. Additionally, the corridor could have been better maintained and cleaned more thoroughly to meet basic hygiene standards.

The room was ok. After checking out, I left my luggage in the storeroom for a couple of hours. When I came back to pick it up, the receptionist was taking a break, smoking a cigarette and chatting with a guy on the other side of the street. Apparently she didn't notice I was there. When she came back and I simply asked for my luggage, she thought it was a good idea to antagonize me because she didn't like the way I looked at her. She went on to tell me (unprompted) that she was allowed to take a break; and without losing her attitude, she asked me again if I had anything to complain about. The most passive-aggressive, unprofessional receptionist I've ever seen. This happened on Thursday, March 19, at 14:00. I hope a manager reads this comment.
