Tudo foi ótimo, chegamos bem mais cedo e nos entregaram as chaves sem nenhum problema. Atendentes educados e prestativos. Instalações limpas e organizadas. Café da manha bom. Resumindo, foi excelente nossa escolha. Recomendo.

Ibis always my first choice. Price always good, location always perfect to major areas in location. Service is always consistently helpful and professional. Great room with fantastic reception amenities.

Great hotel at a nice location. It is always a 15 mins walk to the city center. Parking was ok, though 32 euro a night which is at the higher end. Breakfast was 33 euro for a person, it was good but it didn’t worth its high price. We went for a brunch the other morning and it was perfect - the place is right next to the opera, amazing vibe. It is called Deïa Coffee & Kitchen. It is good service overall, thanks for having us.

Cleaning ladies were demonstrating 53 days in front of the hotel when I arrived. The rotating door was covered with mud and confetti, while the black women danced to loud African beats. A complete shock! They continued during my stay… The front desk was super helpful after I contacted their manager. My flight was delayed and I arrived a day late so they managed to modify my reservation without extra payment. My card didn’t work so I gave a cash deposit and they sent me an email when my suitcase that had been delayed arrived (so as not to wake me up). The housekeeping was average- twice they didn’t restock the water. Once they forgot a cleaning chemical. Another time they didn’t restock the decaffeinated capsules. Also they could have been more generous with the toilet paper. It’s the very thin recycled one, that goes fast. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant spacious, with a garden overlooking the marina. The room was large, modern and quiet, with an amazing view of the harbor, including both sunsets and sunrises! I even saw the incredible half an hour long fireworks for Bastille day right under my window! The bed is big and comfortable, pillows a bit too soft, lighting is good but there are no toiletries (which was initially problematic due to the lost luggage). Room service wasn’t available the only night that I wanted to order it - due to Bastille day celebrations. The QR code don’t work on my phone so I had to call the reception to order. Also there was no alcoholic drinks listed, plus I had no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy my holiday. The hotel doesn’t have a spa, which is a shame. So I made a reservation online and got a massage in the Hammam spa a few minutes from the hotel)very expensive and not great). The closest one to the hotel was closed. The pool is gorgeous but in another building which requires another elevator to be taken at the ground floor. A bit of a hassle…The gym is basic but good. Gets pretty busy and dirty at the end of the day. There are many nice restaurants nearby and even a small Proxi shop. There is a bus stop 1min away, that goes to the Terrace du Port. And the taxi conveniently dropped me off right in front of the hotel. The Mucem and Cosquer caves visible from the hotel, are a bit pleasant 25min walk away and the well worth the visit. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would come again if the above issues were resolved.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly during check-in and check-out. Excellent location with a large parking garage around the corner. The room was modern and very comfortable and the hotel has many amenities like a pool and spa. The breakfast was fantastic.

สำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวที่เดินทางมาโดยรถไฟมายังมาร์เซย์เพื่อเยี่ยมชมท่าเรือเก่า ทำเลที่ตั้งนี้สะดวกสบายมาก ป้ายโรงแรมฮอลิเดย์อินน์ที่คุ้นเคยจะอยู่ถัดจากสถานีรถไฟทันที นอกจากนี้ ไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องความปลอดภัยใกล้สถานีรถไฟ หลังพระอาทิตย์ตกดิน ผู้เข้าพักต้องรูดบัตรเพื่อเข้าประตูกระจกสองบานด้านนอก เช่นเดียวกับโรงแรมฮอลิเดย์อินน์อื่นๆ โรงแรมแห่งนี้มีบริการที่จำเป็นครบครัน เลี้ยวขวาจากโรงแรมและลงเนินไปยังท่าเรือเก่า เดินขึ้นเนินไปทางด้านซ้ายของท่าเรือประมาณหนึ่งกิโลเมตร แล้วเลี้ยวขวาเพื่อเข้าสู่สวนสาธารณะ เมื่อถึงปลายสวนสาธารณะ คุณสามารถนั่งพักผ่อนบนเนินเขาและเพลิดเพลินกับทัศนียภาพของทะเลเมดิเตอร์เรเนียนของเมืองมาร์เซย์ บางคนอาจคิดว่าโรงแรมใกล้ท่าเรือเก่าปลอดภัยกว่า แต่จริงๆ แล้วไม่ใช่เสมอไป เพราะบริเวณนี้มักจะมีผู้คนพลุกพล่าน นอกจากนี้ โรงแรมฮอลิเดย์อินน์ยังอยู่ห่างจากท่าเรือมาโอโดยใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 20 นาที สิ่งหนึ่งที่ควรทราบคือ เมื่อคุณออกจากโรงแรมและเลี้ยวขวาอีกครั้ง คุณจะพบวัยรุ่นจำนวนมากกำลังเดินเตร่อยู่ตามถนนแคบๆ ของเมืองเก่า ฉันเห็นเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจค้นตัวคนสองคนและสั่งให้พวกเขาเอาของทั้งหมดออกจากกระเป๋าของพวกเขา

非常棒的酒店！安全且舒適！地段非常好位於主街！離火車站步行就能到！另外一側延伸至海灣港口。不得不説這個城市非常熱鬧而且多元。 因為當時忘記買了早餐就去吃了…然後服務生有問我入住的房間沒有早餐。但是她説不必擔心，當作她請我的法式早餐！之後前台的先生也説不必付款這個費用。這位法國姐姐真的太nice了！這家店非常友好。

ข้อได้เปรียบที่ใหญ่ที่สุดคือสถานีรถไฟอยู่ใกล้มาก สถานีรถไฟอยู่บนที่ราบสูง เมืองดึงกล่องเช่นท่าเรือเก่านั้นยากมาก ขอแนะนําให้นั่งแท็กซี่จากรถไฟใต้ดินอยู่ใกล้กว่า มารเซย์ทั้งสูงและลง ไอบิสเน้นฉนวนกันเสียงเป็นหลัก เสียงปิดประตูเพื่อนบ้านคนอื่นไม่ดังนอกหน้าต่าง อาหารเช้าดีจริงๆในโรงแรมราคานี้

The staff at reception and during breakfast were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. The breakfast itself was also enjoyable with a good selection of options.   However, we were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the common areas. The hallway leading to the rooms was not vacuumed for several days, and a used cotton pad remained there for three days before being removed. This gave an overall impression of neglect.   While our room was spacious and comfortable, the linens and towels were worn and in need of replacement. It would greatly improve the experience if these were renewed. Additionally, the corridor could have been better maintained and cleaned more thoroughly to meet basic hygiene standards.
