ผผู้เข้าพักThe location is perfect! I booked a deluxe room, was arranged a shower room but later changed to a room with bathtub. Absolutely love the room! Specious, modern bathroom, oversees the old port. Staff are super friendly. Amazing stay with no doubt.

HHalidaPerfect location. Especially for those who will only going to stay for a short trip because you will not waste your time going to the point of interest of Marseille because it is at the heart of the tourist area. The view from the room is gorgeous and worth the money. Restaurants and souvenir shops are lining up the area. Based on my limited stay I learn that Marseilles can give up different vibes only in a few block so the location of the hotel made me more comfortable. The AC works properly and there is an elevator. I believe there is also a car parking service but I don’t use it. The receptionists are professionals and helpful.

Getting the marseille port view triple room model gives a luxurious 25sqm floor area.l But the same proximity also brought noise in the evening from near by dance clubs and even morning gathering crowds. Sound proofing is also its archilles heel.

ผผู้เข้าพักНомера и коридоры обновленные косметическим ремонтом. Трехместный номер очень удобный - мини кухня, два столика, два шкафа-купе, три окна.
На верхнем этаже даже чуть виден порт и нотр-дамм. В номере центральное отопление через воздуховоды с индивидуальным регулированием. В январе было тепло.
Уборка в номерах не включается в стоимость, можно заказать отдельно, но не обязательно, так как полотенца дадут по запросу, есть электрический полотенцесушитель, мусор выносить можно в контейнеры за углом дома.
Завтрак покупается на месте - 11 евро взрослому, 6.50 ребенку (оплата на месте), подают до 11 утра. Выбор маленький, но качественный. Мяса мало, если попросить вынесут ещё

Ccanyumi酒店位置非常優越，一出地鐵口對面就是了。找到前台需爬些樓梯，登記後就有mini電梯，可以運送行李。房間面積不大，整潔舒適，窗外即景，玻璃隔音效果相當好。小哥哥小姐姐友善和藹，幫忙打印郵輪船票及扛箱子。附近很多餐廳，門口還有公交車站，交通便捷。

NNat 李凤临Cleaning ladies were demonstrating 53 days in front of the hotel when I arrived. The rotating door was covered with mud and confetti, while the black women danced to loud African beats. A complete shock! They continued during my stay…
The front desk was super helpful after I contacted their manager. My flight was delayed and I arrived a day late so they managed to modify my reservation without extra payment. My card didn’t work so I gave a cash deposit and they sent me an email when my suitcase that had been delayed arrived (so as not to wake me up).
The housekeeping was average- twice they didn’t restock the water. Once they forgot a cleaning chemical. Another time they didn’t restock the decaffeinated capsules. Also they could have been more generous with the toilet paper. It’s the very thin recycled one, that goes fast.
Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant spacious, with a garden overlooking the marina.
The room was large, modern and quiet, with an amazing view of the harbor, including both sunsets and sunrises! I even saw the incredible half an hour long fireworks for Bastille day right under my window!
The bed is big and comfortable, pillows a bit too soft, lighting is good but there are no toiletries (which was initially problematic due to the lost luggage).
Room service wasn’t available the only night that I wanted to order it - due to Bastille day celebrations.
The QR code don’t work on my phone so I had to call the reception to order. Also there was no alcoholic drinks listed, plus I had no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy my holiday.
The hotel doesn’t have a spa, which is a shame. So I made a reservation online and got a massage in the Hammam spa a few minutes from the hotel)very expensive and not great). The closest one to the hotel was closed.
The pool is gorgeous but in another building which requires another elevator to be taken at the ground floor. A bit of a hassle…The gym is basic but good. Gets pretty busy and dirty at the end of the day.
There are many nice restaurants nearby and even a small Proxi shop. There is a bus stop 1min away, that goes to the Terrace du Port. And the taxi conveniently dropped me off right in front of the hotel.
The Mucem and Cosquer caves visible from the hotel, are a bit pleasant 25min walk away and the well worth the visit.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would come again if the above issues were resolved.

ผผู้เข้าพักTres bon hôtel et un très bon accueil ! J'y ai passé un sejour avec ma fille et tout était parfait , les chambre dans le jardin sont tres agreables, le lit confortable, la salle de bain très grande également.
Cet hôtel est tres beau, et assez atypique avec ses différents bâtiments et le grand jardin au milieu. Le parking propre à l'hôtel est un vrai plus ! Et pour finir le petit dejeuner fut parfait ! j'espere pouvoir revenir rapidement !

ผผู้เข้าพักL’hôtel est très bien situé, juste en face de la station Périer et pas loin du rond-point du Prado, que l’on peut même rejoindre à pied. De ce côté-là, rien à redire. L’accueil était correct, avec un personnel plutôt souriant.
En revanche, beaucoup trop de problèmes pour un séjour d’une semaine. La première chambre qui nous a été attribuée avait un réfrigérateur défectueux. Après deux jours, on nous a changé de chambre, mais celle-ci n’était pas vraiment propre.
Nous avons également été facturés deux fois pour la chambre, alors que l’on nous avait confirmé le règlement dès notre arrivée. L’erreur a été reconnue, mais je trouve cela assez grave : si nous n’avions pas vérifié, qu’est-ce qui se serait passé ?
Autre souci : la taxe de séjour, dont le montant différait entre Trip.com et l’hôtel. Enfin, un point négatif supplémentaire : la piscine ferme à 21h, ce qui est vraiment trop tôt, je trouve, surtout en été.
Tous ces désagréments font que je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel, malgré son emplacement avantageux.

NNo_return_dateThis place is very basic and I feel like I overpaid given my experience. First it is close enough to a dance club that you can hear the music and patrons. In my case that was until 5:15 am when I got up for an early morning train. The shower is handheld and not mounted to the wall so it is a bit like bathing with a hose. No working elevator and the stairs were not built evenly so walking up and down them risks a fall or turned ankle. The thing this place has going for it is it’s proximity to the marina and it is a reasonable walk from the train station.
