Francois was incredibly helpful from the moment we met him. He took the time to explain everything in perfect detail—from the hotel amenities and breakfast hours to the best ways to get around the city. His communication was clear, thorough, and really made us feel welcomed and informed. It's rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to making sure guests have a great stay. He is truly top class. If you want a stress-free check-in with all the information you could possibly need, ask for Francois! Thank you for a great start to our trip.”

Довольно приятный отель, было чисто, рядом в целом безопасно, номера с балконом на 5м этаже. Единственное, спать с открытой дверью было сложновато, тк музыка в порту играла каждый день до глубокой ночи.

The room was extremely spacious, and the bathroom was also very large. It was very comfortable to stay here. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk to the old port. The only downside was the hot water situation: after one person showered in the evening, there was no hot water left, so the second person could not shower. This might be due to a limited hot water tank or the system stopping at a certain time. There were no staff on duty in the evening, so it was not possible to get assistance, and this issue was not mentioned before check-in.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. The port view room was noisy from people and music on the busy streets in front, even though you pay extra for that room. Also there must have been a sewage problem as we had a terrible smell coming into our room via the bathroom.

Cleaning ladies were demonstrating 53 days in front of the hotel when I arrived. The rotating door was covered with mud and confetti, while the black women danced to loud African beats. A complete shock! They continued during my stay… The front desk was super helpful after I contacted their manager. My flight was delayed and I arrived a day late so they managed to modify my reservation without extra payment. My card didn’t work so I gave a cash deposit and they sent me an email when my suitcase that had been delayed arrived (so as not to wake me up). The housekeeping was average- twice they didn’t restock the water. Once they forgot a cleaning chemical. Another time they didn’t restock the decaffeinated capsules. Also they could have been more generous with the toilet paper. It’s the very thin recycled one, that goes fast. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant spacious, with a garden overlooking the marina. The room was large, modern and quiet, with an amazing view of the harbor, including both sunsets and sunrises! I even saw the incredible half an hour long fireworks for Bastille day right under my window! The bed is big and comfortable, pillows a bit too soft, lighting is good but there are no toiletries (which was initially problematic due to the lost luggage). Room service wasn’t available the only night that I wanted to order it - due to Bastille day celebrations. The QR code don’t work on my phone so I had to call the reception to order. Also there was no alcoholic drinks listed, plus I had no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy my holiday. The hotel doesn’t have a spa, which is a shame. So I made a reservation online and got a massage in the Hammam spa a few minutes from the hotel)very expensive and not great). The closest one to the hotel was closed. The pool is gorgeous but in another building which requires another elevator to be taken at the ground floor. A bit of a hassle…The gym is basic but good. Gets pretty busy and dirty at the end of the day. There are many nice restaurants nearby and even a small Proxi shop. There is a bus stop 1min away, that goes to the Terrace du Port. And the taxi conveniently dropped me off right in front of the hotel. The Mucem and Cosquer caves visible from the hotel, are a bit pleasant 25min walk away and the well worth the visit. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would come again if the above issues were resolved.

La posizione è ottima, a due passi dal porto vecchio, in zona ricca di caffè e locali, inoltre dalla finestra vedevamo il teatro. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Pulizia buona, ma pareti segnate in vari punti. La struttura necessita di manutenzione: il peso chiudiporta era rotto e bloccava l'apertura completa della porta tra antibagno e camera; i muri e gli infissi necessiterebbero una tinteggiata; i vetri una pulita; il bagno alcuni ritocchi e un tappo per il lavandino; il wc scaricava a fatica. Per poche notti è ok, senza grandi aspettative. Ci sono i set di cortesia e due asciugamani a persona + tappetino doccia, ma non c'è il phon.
