ผมและคู่รักเพิ่งกลับจากเข้าพักสองอาทิตย์ การเช็คอินรวดเร็วและง่าย ผู้จัดการสุภาพ น่าอยู่ เค้าอธิบายว่าเนื่องจากช่วงโควิดจํากัดไม่มีบุฟเฟ่ต์แต่เราสามารถมีจานอาหารไม่จํากัดซึ่งสิ่งที่เราต้องทําคือถามไ เสียดายที่นี้ไม่ได้เลื่อนไปให้พนักงานของเขาเนื่องจากตอนที่เราขออาหารเพิ่ม(ส่วนอาหารเย็นมีขนาดเล็ก)ผู้หญิงที่เสริฟเราแอนนาค่อนข้างหยาบคายบอกเราว่าเธอจะชาร์จค่าห้องเราทั้งที่เราจ่ายไปครึ่งบอร์ดและบอกเราว่าไม่สามารถ ามีอาหารอีกเพราะมีแขกคนอื่นให้อาหาร! ตอนผมขอน้ํากับอาหารของเราเธอให้น้ําประปามาด้วย จําไว้ว่ามีตู้กดน้ําของน้ําแร่สด! แอนนา ดูเหมือนจะขาดความเป็นมืออาชีพและมีความไม่สนใจแขกทั่วไปโดยเฉพาะตอนที่ฉันลื่นข้ามบริเวณแผนกต้อนรับเพราะพื้นเปียก ฉันตัดมือและแขนเธอไม่ได้ทําอะไรช่วยฉันและดูแลไม่ลงว่าฉันเป็น ต้องการความช่วยเหลือปฐมพยาบาล ผู้จัดการได้พูดกับผมเกี่ยวกับแอนนาและขอโทษเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมของเธอแต่การชํารุดที่เกิดขึ้นแล้วมันน่าเสียดายเพราะเธอทําให้การเข้าพักของเราลงคะแนน อาหารเช้าก็อาหารเดิมทุกวันซึ่งโดยสิ้นเชิงของการเข้าพัก 2 สัปดาห์ เราได้รับจริงๆ เบื่อของ! เราได้รับการบริการมากที่สุดของวันโดย Mr. Antonio ซึ่งสุภาพเสมอและจะตรวจสอบเราถ้าเราต้องการอีก เขาเป็นสมาชิกที่น่ารักที่สุดของพนักงาน โรงแรมโดยทั่วไปค่อนข้างเก่าและเดินจากใจกลางเมืองประมาณ 30 นาที เราได้รถบัสผ่านซึ่งเราใช้ทุกวันเพราะไม่มีกิจกรรมอะไรทําในบริเวณโรงแรม เราใช้สระว่ายน้ําทุกวันในช่วงบ่ายหลังจากออกไปเที่ยวทั้งวัน วันสุดท้ายเราตัดสินใจว่าจะใช้เวลาทั้งวันรอบสระระวังคนท้องถิ่นมากันเยอะในวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์และได้ใช้ประโยชน์จากสระว่ายน้ําฟรีทั้งหมดที่ต้องทําคือซื้อเครื่องดื่มเพื่อมาใช้สระ อันนี้น่าเสียดายเพราะมันเอาไป เฉพาะแขกของโรงแรมจริงๆ อีกจุดที่ต้องสังเกตคือเค้าโฆษณาว่าเค้ามีสระว่ายน้ํา 2 สระ indoor และ outdoor สระหนึ่ง แถมมีซาวน่าด้วย ดิฉันได้รับแจ้งว่าเค้ามีแค่ pool outdoor บางทีคุณอาจต้องปรับปรุงข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับโรงแรมของคุณในเว็บไซด์

The hotel staff very helpful and efficient: Emma at the reception is amazing: she remembers your room number (even when the hotel is full), provides or finds who can provide help with any request you may have, always smiling, friendly and efficient. Takis at the bar was born to work with people - serving one, listening to the other, smiling at a third guest, remembering an order from the fourth, all simultaneously. Giving information about anything you may need or want to do in Limassol (from which bus to take, how much the ticket is, to where the best places for night out in the town are, even booking them for you and organising a cab to take you there if you need it). Staff at the restaurant friendly, working tirelessly and and always trying to find you a table where they have spotted you would like to sit. The owner always present, attentive and willing to go an extra mile to satisfy a guest. The room we had was having a wonderful view through the trees, was spacious, beds, comfortable. The aircon working properly, balcony with racks for towels and swimming suits to dry, two chairs and a table to enjoy drinks, coffee and view. The swimming pool of decent size and clean, a small pool for young children too. Sunbeds and umbrellas all around - enough of them even when the hotel is fully occupied. The beach right in front of the hotel doesn't belong to the hotel, so there are no hotel sunbeds or umbrellas, but the public beach (Dassoudi) - one the best beaches in Limassol is about 100 metres away with sunbeds and umbrellas that one pays for at 2.5 euro each per day + plus a nice beach restaurant where one can sit in a swimming suit, have drinks, meal and ice cream or order a take away to enjoy it on the beach (the staff even brings it to you). One can take the towels from the hotel (10 euro deposit that is returned upon bringing back the towels needs to be paid, and one can exchange the used towels for the new ones any time) to the public beach as well as use them at the hotel pool. Definitely would gladly go back to this hotel!!!!! Great value for money! Good location - 30 metres from a local bus stop, with several restaurants next door, several mini-markets working 24/7.

First time here as we usually stay with mum who lives in Limassol. I understand this use to be a COVID hub hotel so it’s well known and centrally located in town by many restaurants and clubs close by and opposite a lovely beach. We arrived late 11:45pm and night check in was ok , didn’t give us much info on hotel, wifi etc although the night staff gent was kind to give us some milk (pasteurised) so we could have a cup of tea. We were on the 5th floor, room 518 which was a sort of sea room, although sea/pool facing rooms were far better and what I would call a sea facing room. Our room was east facing. Our room had a double bed, single bed and a little futon which when turned down could be another bed suitable for a child, although the room to move around would be really tight. The room wasn’t overtly big to begin with to be honest. The balcony was an ok size although there was some building work going on to the side of the hotel in the distance, not a lot of noise. The room was equipped with a kettle and hairdryer and mini fridge. If you wanted to use the safe, it’s €3 per day. Shower was a good size, although water pressure was rubbish. Small TV on wall had only 1 British channel in the eve , the rest was German and other languages, no smart channels you could log into. Not a lot of hanging space for clothes but they did have a 3 prong plugs everywhere so you didn’t have to worry about adapters. It was cleaned to a good standard. You have to put your toilet paper in bins and not down the loo which I didn’t like at all especially in the heat. We had some issues with balcony doors not closing and some lights in the room having blown out and maintenance sorted it out within, I kid you not, within 3 mins. Unfortunately, the balcony door was still faulty when we left. Breakfast was fine, loads of seats and plenty to eat to suit all tastes. Pool wasn’t big, but there was plenty of sun beds and you were literally opposite the sea. Loads of kids when we were here dive bombing and making lots of noise which was irritating. Pool bar and restaurant was ok to be fair and moderately priced. Most staff were very polite and helpful apart from Christalla on reception who was quite rude to us when we enquired about extending our stay, it’s the first time ever that a hotel has never tried to help as we had a late flight home and also when we tried organising a taxi home for my 90 yr old mother last night, I was told to wait in reception and I tried to explain that my mother was at the top which fell on deaf ears. We ended up having to use the gyms shower cubicle which actually is on a timed light so halfway through my shower I was left in complete darkness and had to scramble trying to find the sink to wave to get the light to come back on. Secondly I was concerned that when I asked for the key for the holding room for luggage I was told by the man who was on duty with Christalla on the day we were leaving that they don’t lock the luggage door

המלון נמצא בטיילת בלימסול אם כי לא ממש קרוב לאזור המרינה שבסמוך לה נמצאים כל מרכזי הפעילות בערב. יחד עם זאת יש קו אוטובוס נוח מס' 30 שנוסע לאורך כל הטיילת וקל להגיע איתו למרינה ומגיע עד לתחנה הסופית לקניון באזור הנמל קצת מחוץ לעיר. חזרה באותו מסלול. אין מציאות בקניון הזה ובכלל בקפריסין. המלון ממוקם ממש על קו המים, יש בריכה למבוגרים, בריכה לילדים ובריכה לפעוטים ובריכה מקורה שהמים בה קרים מידי ועוד יש מזגן. בכניסה לים יש אבנים קטנות וגדולות ומי שאינו רגיל, זה כואב ואפשר להיפצע. לכן מומלץ נעלי גומי או להיכנס למים על גבי המזח מפלסטיק שמגיע לעמוקים. ההגעה למלון מלרנקה אפשרית במונית שעולה כ 50 יורו. הדרך הכי חסכונית היא לקחת את האוטובוס שאטל שעולה 10 יורו לאדם, פחות לילד. כרטיס קונים באשנב ליד היציאה מהטרמינל בצד שמאל. יורדים בתחנה הראשונה שלו בלימסול שנקראת סנט. רפאל ומשם בדיוק לוקחים קו אוטובוס 30 עם נסיעה של כ 10 תחנות לפחות. עולה 1.5 יורו, משלמים לנהג. יורדים מול הכניסה למסעדה שנקראת ”הגן” באנגלית, לבקש מהנהג. ממשיכים ללכת ברגל כ 40 מטר ופונים שמאלה בסמטה המובילה עד למלון, יש שילוט. המלון נראה נחמד בעיקר בשטחים הציבוריים, לובי. החדרים פחות, ריהוט פשוט ומאופק, לא משהו מפואר. הכספת לא היתה ניתנת לפתיחה, אולי בתשלום. יש קומקום עם קפה. מקרר קטן. חיבור מחשב לאינטרנט קווי, בתשלום. ארוחת הבוקר בסדר, בלי שינויים. יש מה שצריך לתפריט הישראלי, היו חסרות לי גבינות יווניות לבנות וסוגי מאפים. המלון מתאים למבוגרים, זוגות וכאלה שרוצים שקט כי אין הרבה מה לעשות בו ובאזור, מלבד מנוחה ושחייה בים או בבריכה. המלון עם ארוחת בוקר ואפשר בתשלום גם צהריים ב 23 יורו וערב ב 28 יורו, לא כולל שתיה. מים בחינם. חזרה לשדה בלרנקה אפשר באותה דרך, קו 30 עד סנט. רפאל ומשם השאטל לשדה התעופה. בדיוטי פרי שם אין מציאות, עולה כמו בחוץ וכמו בארץ.
