Service at nearly every service point from security to front desk was incredibly unhurried even when there was no one in line.
Also waited 1.5 hours at 5am for housekeeping to install and reinstall again (because the first install covered only 70% the window) blackout curtains that were at every other window panel except the one right next to the bed. Light still ended up shining directly on my face even after the 2nd install because the velcro that was supposed to fix the blackout curtain to the side wall was not installed.
Toilet and tissue paper wasn’t replenished and I was on my period without any paper in the room. When the manager offered to send his compliments as an apology it just meant a bag of toilet rolls was left outside the door.
Lounge access was not quite worth paying for as the food was pretty dismal, unless you’re just wanting beverages at odd times of the day, which was useful for me.
